CVS

Giving this CVS -- especially the pharmacist his name is Shane a five star. I was experiencing difficulty with my insurance company covering a prescription and he was extremely patient and helpful explaining the situation to me. I eventually got my insurance company to approve my prescription. Shane has exceptional customer service.

Major shout out to Vela, the pharmacy manager at the CVS on Eisenhower Blvd., Alexandria, Va. Both when I spoke to her by phone and in person, she was unfailingly kind, informative, professional and thorough in the info and advice she provided. She took pains to ensure that all of the meds for which I could get (and needed) refills were taken care of, pulled OTC meds from the shelves--right on the spot--to ensure they were in stock, and took pains to make sure that a friend could pick up my scrips since I'm temporarily home bound (after surgery). I've routinely had good customer service from the pharmacy but she's a stand out and, for someone who's not mobile and currently in pain--so very dependent on the meds she's dispensing--her support was essential and I'm so grateful for her devotion to her role and responsibilities. -Barbara Bryant, Alexandria, Va.

The pharmacists at this location are incredibly helpful and kind. I have had so many bad experiences at other cvs locations in the past, with losing prescriptions, not ordering the correct medications, etc. and I have never had a bad experience with this location. They go above and beyond to listen to your concerns and help you find something that works for you and makes sure you know when things are/aren’t covered by insurance, making sure your profile is updated and accurate. I just can’t praise them enough, so glad to find a good and reliable cvs pharmacy.

Absolutely wonderful! Everything the team does is always a delight, they greet, they help with finding items, they provide solutions. Out of the many times I come here, they always have a smile on their face, and a positive attitude. They are the best at what they do.

I really liked the pharmacist a lot! I had to go to the pharmacy when I was in a lot of pain, and she and the other employees were very sympathetic and understanding.

Followup: I've been back numerous times since then, and this is a great CVS. Well stocked and easy to shop there.

All the stuffs were so friendly. They were really helpfully and patient. So far the best customer service That I have gotten in any CVS . Raven was so sweet . Thank you Raven . Also thanks to the store managers helps us when we had issues with the money gram machine. Thanks for taking all your busy time and help us . Really appreciate it

Vela’s the best she really took the time to help me find my over the counter medication, find the right dosage, look up and compare different brands on the pharmacy database and thoroughly explain and answer all my questions! She was very friendly, helpful, and polite :)!

I was assisted by Rodney at this CVS. He provides a really good customer service. He was outstanding helping me figure how to get my discounts. it shows he is really there with the customer

The pharmacy is great. I’ve a lot of medical issues this year and they answer all my questions, will call other pharmacies or doctors to inquire about different medications, and they’re so patient. This is the best pharmacy I’ve been to.

The team is always helpful, they greet you, and make sure you are able to find the items you need. They are amazing.
