T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

I went in there for help and I'm not a T-Mobile customer unfortunately only because I have a government phone and can't afford a monthly bill, but Justin the manager still helped me with a simple problem. The staff was friendly and open to listening to me for about 10 minutes. Thank you

Ordered a phone through customer care and went to this store for my data transfer. They were so helpful! I wish I would have bought my phone there and with paying the activation fee. Customer care didn’t explain that my bill will be higher due to the phone payment. The team here is very knowledgeable and said that I can come back anytime if I have questions. I worked with Alysha, she is awesome!

Steve was a real pro and walked us through getting setup up with a MUCH BETTER and less expensive unlimited plan for over 55 age than competitor. Cost for us WITH new phones less than half competitors without phones. Great service too

Awesome customer service!! Alysha Edwards and Ely were so accommodating when I went in to have my new phone switched over. They both were very friendly and professional while answering of all of my questions about my new phone as well as taking care of transferring my old phone over. I have been very pleased with my T-Mobile phone service for the last 3 years and now also with T-Mobile internet!! I recommend everyone to visit the T-Mobile store on Peppers Ferry Rd. In Fairlawn, Va. for all your mobile and internet needs!! The prices for all of their services are GREAT!! Definitely a 5 STAR location with the service to match!!

Steve was a great help - he got our phones handled and fixed a problem with our line that had been going on for months of back-and-forth on the phone with T-mobile. If we knew that it could have been handled in 5 minutes with Steve at the store, we could have saved up to 30+ hours in phone time!

Im not even a Sprint customer. I do know people who are. I was with someone that had a mess of a problem. Levi Miller spent a week and countless hours making phone calls back and forth. Listening to people complain and bless him out. All awhile maintained a professional and upbeat attitude. Made me want to switch. He resolved the issue and did everything he said he would do and then some. Best customer service ive seen in a long time!

Dvante and DK were freaking awesome!! I really spent hours at other places trying to get a hotspot set up with no luck, but as soon as I came to Sprint they had me hooked up with hotspot and out the door within a matter of 30 minutes. If you or anyone you know needs a phone our hotspot you would be pretty dumb not to go talk to these guys cuz they are pretty freaking amazing.

Brandon was the bomb! He stayed after an hour after he was supposed to get off to help us through one hell of a time trying to activate phones and apple watches! 10/10 recommend this location

Today i waa in the fairlawn va store and had a helper by the name of Dk.He was very very helpful.We went in to get answers for a phone that didnt come from ur store. He was very helpful in leading to were and how to fix our problem. Just wanted u to no we do appreciate the customer service he gave to us.Thanks 4 readings.

Phenomenal service from dk and dvante. They went above and beyond my expectations would highly recommend this store to anyone that is with sprint or thinking about switching to over and see for yourselves you won’t be disappointed.

The staff are super friendly and helpful, Steve and Justin helped my boyfriend and I, and we left with better phones and prices than expected.
