I ordered breakfast from y’all this morning and it really made my day. Thank you so much!

McDonald's in fairlawn Virginia is good. This is easy to find and located next to other restaurants and stores. The customer service is always speedy and efficient. I generally pick up lots of orders here for doordash. Their orders are always correct and ready.

Curbside service is key. Low wait. Friendly staff bring it out. I give them a dollar bill tip but they by no means ask or pressure you in the app to tip. McDonald’s is improving the Big Mac check it out. App has great deals.

Convenient location and very clean. The Wi Fi connection is very strong here, and there is a Kroger Grocery Store next door in case you want healthier food options to go along with your order at McD's.

I made a custom order and it came exactly as I ordered it.

While they did get my order wrong (I was given a SEC mcgriddle an ordered a BEC mcgriddle)... When I took it back in the manager was super nice... She made sure I was given a fresh one along with an apple pie!!

This is the BEST McDonald's I have ever been to. The staff went above and beyond for me, when I was having a very bad day, and just absolutely turned my whole day around! They are friendly, professional, caring, kind, and the food was awesome. Chicken nuggets for the soul from this location!

Quarter pounder Deluxe was dripping with grease.

Very fresh we came in around 2:30pm and it was fast and fresh which was very nice and the staff was pleasant as well🩷🩷

The staff here are usually quick, friendly, and the orders normally come out accurately. When you serve hundreds of orders daily, you're bound to get an order or two wrong. Haven't had that problem as much here.

The McDonald's staff are super friendly and super helpful in the food was nice and hot and fresh.
This is probably one of the better McDonald's that I've ever been to and I've been to many in many states.
The inside of the store is very very clean and laid out uniquely and the decor layout was very interesting.
It appeared to be a somewhat of a very new store.
I would come here again and recommend others to go here.

I was asked to pull into spot number one to wait for my food. The lady who brought me my food informed me that it was her last last day because of health issues. She was absolutely amazing. I think I feel in love with her. That woman is a GEM! She has all my love. I rarely eat fast food. Almost never. She was the sweetest woman I've ever met. God bless. Keep emptying people like her!

Got my order in under 10 minutes, order was accurate and modifications were as well. Really can't ask for more than that from fast food.

We've been to McDonald's in probably 20 different states over the last 40 years, and this is by far the BEST one. We ordered several different menu items and each one looked gorgeous, was of excellent quality, and tasted amazing. This store needs to give lessons to all the other McDonald's for food quality. Five star experience!

Loved this visit. Little gal that waited on us was efficient and polite had the show under control. And who knew you could get a small cone of ice cream with just the right amount for 25 cents. I was speechless and delighted. Hmmm..

Have you ever seen the television commercial that shows a small fry, bursting with fries..?
I need not ask if you have ever received one like it because it just doesn't happen.
I call it, a fact of life...
Last evening, at or about dark, I reluctantly stopped at McDonald's.
Usually it is a roll of the dice at this place...
Tonight, not only did I get a small fry like that on TV but the rest of my order was hot and correct..!

This location has improved a lot since my last review. The service is worlds better and i actually havent had an incorrect order in quite sometime. Keep up the good work and keep this rating!

Good food (when fresh, of course) prices seemed a little higher than expected at fast food but they had some good deals and with their app you can get more discounts/deals. Drive thru speaker leaves a lot to be desired though I feel that's how all drive thru speakers will be until the end of time lol

My estimation, based upon experience, is they get the drive-thru orders correct over 98% of the time. The staff seems to work very hard to offer good service. Friendly people at the windows. I like the place!

Best manager I've ever come across at ANY McDonald's. Great service great team and absolutely the best quarter pounder with cheese I have ever eaten because he took the time to have the cook make it fresh right off the grill. Absolutely first-class place!
