The rooms were clean and well cared for. Complimentary breakfast was clean and orderly, good variety of options. The price for the stay was a great value.

The hotel has a variety of options to keep you entertained including a pool, billiards table and other comfortable common areas.

If you are planning a short stay in Radford or the surrounding area this is definitely a hotel to consider.

Showed up with no reservation and was taken care of by a friendly staff member. Needed ice for my deer meat I was traveling home with. The gentleman who also works there took the time to show me where everything was and made my day easier. Always a coffee bar up front. Great stay during my travels.

This place is always quiet and clean. I stay here when Im working at the surgery center with a doctor. There's not much food at this exit so Id recommend getting food somewhere first. There is a gas station with a little restaurant near the hotel though.

The housekeeping team is amazing! I cannot say enough how accommodating and kind this team was during my stay! My digital key worked sporadically but the team helped me get access to my room after showing proof of my room assignment. They greeted me daily and made sure I had what I needed during my stay. “Tru” Hilton brand!

Visiting Radford for the day perfect place to stay. Centrally located.breakfast food was ok. The room in 207 bathroom door does not lock or close properly but room and digital key/service was amazing.

We only stayed for a night but this hotel was great for the price! Easy check in, clean rooms, hot showers, fully stocked bathroom. The breakfast was great and the attendant was very friendly and nice. Would definitely stay again!

We booked a room at a different hotel, only to find the smell of damp carpet throughout the room. We asked to change rooms, only to find the same issue. We opted to cancel the reservation and drive across the street. Wow...what a pleasant surprise. The hotel was bright and clean. Because of the experience, we asked to see the rooms first. VERY CLEAN and modern! The beds did not sag and everyone on staff was helpful and approachable. Great experience. Breakfast was good and variety was as expected.

I stay at Hiltons all over - my first time at this Hilton, I reccommend without reservation - customer service is stellar (Alfred stands out for sure) - at 0530 this morning the registration lady and cook are so personable - food was great (which is very different from other Hiltons). All around great experience here! Thank you

I owe 2 hotels credit! I BOOKED THE WRONG HOTEL!! What a nightmare the day before Thanksgiving!! The hotel in Radford had openings, and the other one in Christiansburg allowed me to cancel with no penalties!!!
We booked with your hotel and the rooms were beautiful. After last year at a different location, I checked the mattresses, and they were clean! Everything was clean! Housekeeping was so nice and helpful.
Breakfast was delicious, and my neices LOVED the pancake machine!! The omelets were delicious! The two ladies doing breakfast made my family feel at home!
EIGHT of us were able to hang out in the lobby playing board games, shooting pool, playing shuffle board, and just spending family time together!

We stayed here last night. The hotel was clean and as expected for a hotel. BUT, the hotel staff went above and beyond when they found my husband's $400 watch we accidentally left behind. When the hotel called us we were already 3 hrs away. We are moving across the country, so we won't be back in this area again. Jessica, at the front desk, took my information and credit card info to have the watch shipped via Fedex. About an hour later, she called confirming it was being picked up and would send shipping info to my husband's email that was on file. Thank you to Jessica and whoever the housekeeper was that turned it in!!!

The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean. We had a late check-in and the lady at the front desk was exceptionally kind. The hotel has an excellent workout room and the pool looked nice, though we did not swim. The hotel has a modern look. I would stay here again.

The bed and pillows was so comfortable slept so good.
Breakfast was very good a lot of choices! The attendants were so friendly and nice.
Our room was missing a lamp between the beds, the heat/ac was noisy and the bath soap was empty. Loved the idea of using the squeeze bottles instead of little bars of soap and bottles.
We will definitely be back and check out other Tru motels.

Nice room, friendly staff & clean. Will stay again if ever in the area (visiting family). Just remember the early bird gets the worm, haha. When we went down for breakfast, we liked about 20 min before it closed up. There wasn't much left. I asked about oatmeal, if there would be more. I was told No, because the staff would start taking it down in 15 minutes. A few bagels were left & other things. A staff person brought a cup of oatmeal with hot water and a lid over to me.The gesture was sweet, and it actually "cooked" after a few minutes. Needless to say, we understand there are time constraints, & other customers were arriving after we did. Maybe consider still keeping the items stocked until the actual time.

The lobby was super nice with a mostly friendly staff that was super helpful, there were also complimentary cookies and water bottles which was super nice! My room was clean and spacious. Our beds were so comfy with some of the softest sheets I have ever had at a hotel with a comparable price. The gym is also nice with enough equipment to get a basic workout in.

This was the cleanest and really comfortable hotel. Staff was great even at 11pm when we got there and 6:30am when we left. My first time at a Tru and in such an or of the way location I was really impressed! Literally the best value of any hotel I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in thousands with all the traveling I've done for work.

Awesome shower pressure. Clean room. Good breakfast and very nice staff.

Conveniently located off interstate 81 at exit 109. Walk in and greeted with fresh baked cookies. Great staff- everyone is super friendly and personable. Rooms have everything you need. You can check-in with your phone and use it as your room key! The hotel is eco-friendly. Example they don't have those like bottles of shampoo and conditioner-- they have big tubes mounted in the shower for you. Plenty of counter space in bathroom. Then the beds are fabulous and the thermostat is on the wall and you can actually adjust to the perfect temp. Then the breakfast setup is amazing. Toppings galore for pancakes and oatmeal (can't leave out the eggs). There's something on the breakfast bar for every taste and diet. The morning staff is equally wonderful as the evening ladies. Even the housekeeping staff is a great group of chipper people. The check-out process is super easy. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone traveling thru that area.

Highly recommend this hotel. So clean, the staff was so nice and the breakfast was great. Plenty of parking for a 45ft motor coach as well. Easily accessible from the interstate. Thanks TRU!

We stayed here in a 2 Q room last minute. It was perfect spot for half way trip between GA and PA. Easy off from 81, super clean hotel, wonderful front desk staff! We checked in late and Melissa helped us with food recs right away. Good breakfast selection, quiet hallways and comfy beds. Couldn't ask for anything more!
