Great prices and customer service.

I would like to express my gratitude to the manager of this store, Jack, and the young man working at the Customer Service Desk, Cory. On Friday evening 11/4/22 after shopping at the store and receiving almost $20.00 back in store coupons and sales, I took my groceries out to my car and accidentally locked my keys and my phone in the car. I felt hopeless. I went inside to the customer service desk and the very nice young man Cory paged the manager for me and the two of them searched for ways to help me get into my vehicle. Cory let me use their store phone in a private corner to call AAA and arrange for someone to help me. He even let me have them call back there to the store since my cell phone was locked in the car and there was no other way to contact me. Indeed AAA did call back to the store within a few minutes to let me know that they were on the way. This young man was very professional. I learned that he was a senior in high school and working at Kroger. In this day and age trying so hard to find people to work, I really admire this. What I thought was a hopeless situation was resolved really in less than 30 minutes. I regularly shop at this Kroger versus the ones closer to my home in Blacksburg because it is simply just easier to navigate this store and the staff is generally friendly and professional.

I need to get better at making lists and sticking to them, because I end up at this place WAY too many times during the week! The store is clean, the employees are polite and helpful, the prices are competitive (and actually really good when you shop the sales and coupons), and I almost always find what I'm looking for. Just always a top-notch experience!

Kroger does a good job of having well stocked stores.

I didn't have any problem finding things. The cashiers and the Baggers were very nice and helpful. Some of the prices seem to be lower. Of course I really appreciate that. I can always count on fresh fruits and vegetables and meats when I go there. The deli has a very good assortment and is always fresh in the deli employees are just awesome!

I love shopping at Kroger's. If you download the app you can clip coupons, order pick up or delivery from anywhere. I save so much money shopping here. Even their organic products are an excellent price too. My favorite store in radford.

Kroger is my main grocery store. I have shopped at others when they are more convienent but my preference is always Kroger. Lots of variety, excellent produce and meats, fresh deli and bakery products, friendly, helpful staff and great in-store coupons.

I’ve honestly received better care from the pharmacy here than most hospitals/dr offices in the area. Great people, especially the girl who administers the COVID vaccines, super professional and friendly staff.

Everytime I go in this store to buy the kroger brand sweet iced tea in 12 pack cans there is only 2 or 3 boxes on the shelf and I am forced to buy the more expensive brands,,, I ask different associates if there is any in the back and they act like it's a crime for them to answer meso they say no always without bothering to go look so I am not pleased about this at all I believe your employees need to practice more at making the customer needs there priority...anyhow I likeyour brand of tea can you please make sure e the shelves are stocked with atleast enough to cover the sale prices ----- sincerely one unhappy and thirsty customer

Thank you to the wonderful manager and Kroger team for paying for my birthday balloons. ❤ I went into Kroger on March 11th (my birthday) and had a wonderful time talking to the balloon lady! I was in a really sad mood that day because most of my friends are not in Radford, and it’s covid, so it made my birthday much different. The manager and a few others approached me at the register (17 balloons in hand lol) and asked if I was “buying my own balloons for my own birthday” and I was very confused because I didn’t think much of it at the time! And then told me the balloons were on them. I don’t think the Kroger team realized how much that made my whole entire day. WONDERFUL people ❤

This Kroger is easy to locate. As a typical layout with the new Scan and bBag and Clicklist options available. does Kroger is clean with lots of staff on hand to answer questions and point of the lost consumer in the right direction. Their floral department is always great with lots of selection for potted and cut flowers. The deli department has a good selection of hot and cold food available along with sushi.

Kroger has the greatest customer service and great prices. Not like some (walmart in Dublin) that only open 2 or 3 registers with lines so long you're waiting forever or have to check bag and load yourself. Others do not consider elderly or disabled people. I live all the way in Bland but would rather travel to Radford for groceries. Wish they had kroger in Dublin or Wytheville. *****

Have a little bit of everything(absolutely love their flower section...some of the most beautiful orchids!)

The store is well stock and the staff friendly and helpful. I'll suggest this location to carry Mary's gone crackers jalapeño chips, the only store that has this product is in Blacksburg

Since they lowered their prices, it has been a good place to shop for groceries. They also have a good selection of organic fruits and vegetables.

Good store, employees are well versed on the layout of the store. PLUS it's not wal mart! Which makes it a winner in my book.

I love this Kroger. Great employees and I always find what I want! If you can't you ask an employee and they will take care of you.

This is a nice store with a wide variety of products and always seems to be well stocked.
