Walmart Supercenter

Huge very organized a lil confusing in the changes that I was used too.

Always a good experience. Recently moved to this area coming from bigger cities and I tended to avoid Walmarts like the plague. This place is always clean, well stocked, and every employee I meet is nice and helpful. The grocery section is a treat. It's nice to finally feel at ease going to a Walmart and being able to do all my shopping under one roof again. Kudos to the staff and management!

Fairlawn has the best Walmart in the NRV. I bypass Christiansburg store and go to Fairlawn. Very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful employees. Clean and organized store.

This experience is about an employee at the service desk yesterday named Kaela. She was wonderful. She helped me so very much I could never express how great she was. So kind and even tempered with the double returns that Walmart had shipped to me even the ones that had to be looked up. If she worked for me I would give her a bonus but I know they cannot take a tip. But she sure did deserve it. You need more like her. Thank you and God bless. Donna Hager

Staff is always great, especially customer service

Always clean, generally well stocked most of the time. The pharmacy staff is excellent!!

The store was fairly clean and orderly. Employees were nice and friendly.

Busy but I was able to get in and out really quick with the basic essentials I needed

Employee named Barbara (I believe may be in a management position) took the time to check on item I was looking for in party supplies that was not on shelf. She went to stockroom and get got it after it showed she still have few in stock.
Jamie manager in electronics walked me personally to items was looking for instead of just pointing me to right area

Fast service on refills prescription. Super employees. They took time to make customers feel important. Get all of our prescriptions at this store.

I was in need of photo prints for a memorial service and on a tight schedule. Zack, in the Electronics department, was eager to help with retrieving the photos from my phone and loading them onto the processor. He offered advice about the best size for clarity. By the time I returned from selecting frames, he had trimmed my photos and had me on my way. Thanks, Zack, for your help! Walmart, he’s a keeper!!!

The only problem I ever have in any Walmart store. Is all those people shopping for coustmerrs. Most of them just leave those big carts sitting in the way. I don't care myself but I've moved them out of the way. For old people and handicap people as well. That's a good service you offer. But it should be done at knight?

I love this store too much

We get delivery 5to 6 times a week we love it and the Wal-Mart plus is definitely worth every penny.... I wish the prices would be matched still cause the higher items really do not pay could cost them out business if we find delivery elsewhere as cheap and dependable!

A nice clean very big airport,

I have been ordering on line and picking up my groceries. They are quick and efficient. I have had very few unavailable items as compared to other stores in the area. Prior to starting pickup with Walmart I would have numerous unavailable items.

Super clean, nicely kept walmart. there’s always something good to find on their clearance aisles.
