Very professional and knowledgeable technician. Prompt, friendly, and spent a lot of time providing us information as we just moved into our home and we were not as familiar with this type of system. Very satisfied customers.

First time using these company since buying my home. The system was purchased from them in 2022. The warranty transfer, service team and office folks have been awesome. Service Tech Caleb did the first service and was nice, professional and very detailed in his work. Have had New River Heating and Cooling service my heat pump/AC for several years now. They are thorough and I have found the technicians that have serviced my equipment to be knowledgeable and are willing to go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. They keep me cool in the warm months and warm in the cooler ones. I recommend them to anyone needing service or simply a maintenance visit.

He did an amazing job. We had an odd problem and he was able to figure out what it was and then fix it. We do need another part but he was able to order it and give us an estimate. I trust them.

The tech who came out was very thorough and did a great job! I wasn't home and I asked for a call to discuss the issue and spoke to him before and after his work. He did a great job of explaining his findings!

We had weekend repair performed on our 20-year old air conditioner. When we called on Friday night, it was explained up front by both the person who field our call and the repairman that there was a premium charge for weekend service. The repairman also confirmed that he had the replacement part for our system before scheduling the service for the following morning "after the rain." (We had done an initial diagnosis ourselves.) As promised, we received a call the following morning to confirm that the repairman was on his way. In fact, we received two calls--one by the repairman and one by the automated system. The installation cost was covered in the service call and the cost for the replacement part was reasonable in comparison with online prices--about 150% of online prices. (And those online prices do not include sales tax, shipping, and the inconvenience of having to do without AC until the part arrived.) Finally, even though our existing unit is at the end of or beyond its expected lifespan, there was not an attempt to pressure us to replace it.

Overall, I can't think of a way the process could have been handled better.

I was kept informed of the scheduled appointment at all times, and the technician arrived when they said they would. The technicians were knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, and accommodating and answered all of my questions perfectly. They're the best for HVAC services in the area

Our A/C stopped working over the weekend, and by mid-after Monday they'd scheduled a service call, found the problem, remedied it, and got us back on our feet. All for a reasonable cost.

AC was a simple fix but they were awesome and came out the same day!! They worked with my availability the best they could which was so nice, I work until 4pm and I had to be home for them to come over. Great company to work with!!!

The technician that has serviced our heating and cooling system has been the same one the past 2 times we have had issues. He is such a nice and knowledgable person. I'm not sure what the others are like but I give 5 stars just for the way this fellow treats and talks to the clients as he let's them know whats wrong and what needs to be done.

I had them come out to give me an estimate for a complete system installation. The representative was very detailed oriented. He measured windows and total square footage. This is the fourth estimate I received and the first one that bothered to check the complete details.
