The new owner is just amazing and the tech is outstanding. I'm just so impressed with this shop, the effort she put into finding the whole family proper bikes and the prices. Thank you so much!

I was on a long distance bike trip and my pannier got pulled into the back wheel and ripped out several spokes. The new owner of New Wheel got me in quickly and was able to do a great inexpensive repair to get me back on the trail.

I took my Lectric ebike this week for a much needed tune up. Cameron took care of me quickly. He showed me a problem I wasn't aware of , and had the parts on hand at a great price. I'm back on the road and my bike is shifting smoother than ever.

A genuinely kind-hearted and helpful shop. The manager took the time to help my tiny sister find an appropriately sized bike and spent over an hour talking with her about her bike trip plans. The very next day my girlfriend stopped by to buy a tire and the manager was kind enough to teach her how to change a tire on her bike.

Beyond their stellar customer service, New Wheel offers used bikes at a price point most other shops wouldn't bother providing (while also keeping perfectly functional older bikes from ending up in a landfill). However, they do also offer a full line of new bikes.

All in all, I'd find it hard to recommend any other bike shop in the area over this one.

I am biking the TransAmerica bicycle trail and needed to get my derailers adjusted and Keith happily took me in and fixed me up. Good people

We were on vacation at Claytor Lake State Park when we realized one of our tires was not holding air. Mark at New Wheel could not have been nicer, fixing it while we waited. Very friendly and accommodating!

Repaired my bike quickly and for a reasonable price. Fit a bike rack on my Smart Car that was hundreds less than quoted at another place.

We all need to support our local bicycle stores!!! They can size the bike to fit and provide advice, tours and service/repair. Walmart will not service the bicycle that you buy from them.

Thought I needed a new tire. He reset it in the rim no charge!! Hard to find honest people these days. Great service
