Sold me an expired bottle of vape juice that was more than a year out. I’m new to vaping so i wasn’t paying attention but upon closer examination of the bottle, it expired in 01/23. Along with this i couldn’t open it and eventually just cut into the tip of the bottle as this shop is 30 minutes away from me. Otherwise, inside the shop is nice and so was the employee. However $18 for a 30ml bottle of e-juice is highway robbery

Wish I could give this place more of a shot. First time there this past weekend bought a vape it’s defective called they said they couldn’t exchange/refund but would maybe give me half off my next vape. It’s not your fault it’s defective but make it right the first time.

Edit** My reply is good luck to you and your business. That policy must be yours alone because I’ve exchanged one before because it didn’t work. Why is it my fault that your product your sold me is broke? No one said anything about trying the product inside the store? If you take time to read I bought Sunday tried to recharge Monday didn’t work called you first thing Tuesday about it. Of course it’s my “the customers” fault I think is what you’re trying to say. Good luck I hope that business model works out for you. I wasn’t trying to bash you just point out the situation but since you stand behind it and further blame I’ll go else where.
