Super Game Station

Friendly & knowledgeable are great words used to describe these guys but gratitude is best as it is reflected in their tone from entrance to interaction to exit. Unbelievable selection of games for all current systems & those I haven't seen since my teens (I'm 55yo now). Today, my second visit, I found 2 (excellent condition) original Wii games and an extra Wii controller. Good prices to boot!

Very friendly and accommodating. I had bought a DS Lite from them which unfortunately had a broken button on it. I called the store asking if I could return the item and they said yes. I got to the store and the first thing I'm met with is 2 other DS Lites that they had cleaned and play tested for me to look at and even play test myself. I got there 10 minutes after my call with them!! They even included a charger and a case as a complementary gift when I had purchased the first DS.

Great store! Lots of funko pops, as well as nostalgic gaming products - video games, systems, and merch. Definitely check out when in Radford!

Recently, purchased a 3ds game and a ps2 game for competitive prices great deal. Went to the business when it was first open and got a certificate, to this day it was still valid, great support. Workers know what they are talking about and are able to support any questions I have.

A small place to shop, but the content is unreal. Import games, plushies, and systems are just a few of the treasures that are here. I also love the prices for the games, quite reasonable for my tastes. I felt as though I could've spent my entire christmas budget here and come out with a present for my ENTIRE family. The place was also nice and clean. It is truely a great companion to West Virginia's own Computer Wiz. Oh, and for the anime lover, there are some anime soundtracks here as well.

This was probably one of the best game stores I've been to on the east coast, and that says a lot since I've been to many. We spent quite a bit of $$ here, and walked out with DEALS! I bought Splatterhouse (a grail find for my collection) for well under the current value! My son picked up some obscure, but well priced handhelds. I only wish they were closer to us in NJ, but they do ship.

After many hours searching on EBay for working remotes for my Wii and other system, it is a breath of fresh air to finally find a local store that has items in stock. Along with a wide selection of old game systems, there’s several discs, cartridges and accessories. They also have good customer service, one of my purchased items didn’t play on my system but they replaced with without any hesitation. Would shop again.

What's not to love about Super Game Station? Their store is filled to the ceiling with the coolest in gaming and geek! The owner, John, is very knowledgeable and always happy to help customers new and old.

Been to a lot of retro video games stores in the US as my family and I travel a lot. This store has a lot of merchandise to look through. I even found a game for Sega Genesis that I was beginning to think I'd only imagined.

Best store for retro gaming I believe I have ever been too. The owner, John, is very knowledgeable and friendly and doesn't mind taking the time to answer any questions you may have or just swap some gaming stories. Picked up a PSP on this visit and I couldn't be happier with it. If you love gaming make sure to stop in here.

John is both knowledgeable and thoughtful in his interactions with his customers. He always provides excellent service and has prices that are often better than major retailers or online dealers. Excellent service each time I've shopped here. The owner takes the time to recommend games based on your interests, and is incredibly well-versed in his trade. He has competitive prices, and a great return policy if something doesn't work (not that I've needed to use it).

I came to Radford for my sisters graduation, and we went to Blacksburg to get food the evening we came in. Me being the game nerd I am instead of looking up what historical sites are here the first thing I do is look for a gamestore, and being that we where eating in Blacksburg I was thinking they would have a gamestore before Radford would. I was wrong, and completely surprised. I live in Williamsburg, but am originally from Norfolk in Hampton Roads, and we have in the 757 at least 6 different retro game stores in the area between 2 local chains. I will say they are awesome, but I was in awe when I saw the selection of this Super Game Station. The stores in Hampton Roads hace the glitz and the glam, but Super Game Station has an amazing selection. They have just about everything you can think of console wise, and also Japanese games. Japanese Famicom, and Super Famicom along with Japanese Gamecube games, and numerous sountracks for games on cd which is an awesome retro throw back, and something you don't see often. What I'm saying is that compared to the 6 stores in Hampton Roads, this store is like an old western saloon that you expect to be a hole in the wall, and have some rough people there, and a bad selection, but it has amazing wood floors, brick walls, but has the elegant 80's, 90's, earlu 00's feel. With amazing wide range of selection for games, and will definitely give you that nostalgia you want. You wouldn't expect a store like this in a small college town to be this way. When y ou u come to Radford don't come for the history, or land marks. Come for Super Game Station. You won't be disappointed.

Wow thank you to super game store for allowing me to relive my childhood! Guys they really do have everything! Consoles and games from nearly every generation, and nice big selections to choose from. I will definitely be back and I hope this game store doesn’t go anywhere! Shop local!

Stopped by to get a couple of Wii games and asked about a USB remote. They took the time to look in the back and found one, charged a more than fair price since it hadn't been tested, and offered to refund if it didn't. It works, this momma is super happy, and we will definitely be going back!!

They are extremely friendly and helpful! They have TONS of funkos from vaulted to new. Games for every system every made! I go to them about every week and buy stuff 😅 even if I'm tight on money !
