Great experience! I have been under Dr. Guan’s care for several years now, I always feel like I get the best care possible. She is very knowledgeable and very professional. I have recommended Dr. Guan to several people in the area and they too have been very happy with her services. Also, nurse Kim is the best. Together they make a great team!

Dr. Guan is outstanding! She calls and answers messages before and after hours, is thorough in her examination and diagnostic procedures, and is creative in developing effective treatment strategies for our 97-year-old mother. She always takes time to answer our questions and shows compassion during appointments and communications. Kim Preston is a wonderful nurse, always warm and pleasant with Mom. The front desk is friendly, efficient and prompt at returning calls and resolving issues. We can always get a "live person" on the phone within minutes.We highly recommend Dr. Guan and Yorktown Family Practice!

I have been with Dr. Guan for more than 10 years. She is the best and most trustworthy doctor I ever met. She and the nurse who works with her always greet me warmly and take excellent care of me. They are very attentive and responsive to my concerns. Dr. Guan uses easy-to-understand language to explain the mysterious jargons in my medical examination reports and suggests the most appropriate medicine I should take.

Dr. Guan is the best family doctor I have ever had. She is not only knowledgeable, but also very patient to answer all my questions and concerns. She texts me each time after my visit to make sure things are OK. She collects my medical records from different specialists I have visited so that she has a full picture of my health.

Dr Guan is the family doctor for me and for my elderly parents. She is the most compassionate and caring doctor we have ever had. She is professional and experienced. At office visits, she is always very patient with my parents and listens carefully to their symptoms. She has been able to quickly pinpoint the cause of our medical problems and prescribe effective treatments. Anytime we have a question about medication or an illness, we can reach her even if it is after hours or on a weekend. We are very happy and lucky to have Dr. Guan as our doctor. If it can be said to be a pleasure getting blood drawn, this is the place for it! Aside from the excellent health care I receive from Dr. Guan, I really appreciate the phlebotomists - I *hate* getting blood drawn and they are always so patient with me and make it as painless as possible.
