My experience at Steve Raymond Chey has always been pleasant! And with Reggie being my Service advisor, I never go wrong! He is keen on the providing you with the latest and greatest information regarding your vehicle! I am definitely glad they got him on their team! Fatima was great. She made me feel so comfortable from the beginning until the end of my car buying experience. On a scale of 1-10, she's an 11. However, 3 weeks after I purchased this car, it wouldn't start, so I had to get jumped off twice. I took the car to the service department. It was determined that I needed a battery, which is not covered under the warranty. I had just recently purchased a new battery for the car that I traded in. I'm 70 years old and on a fixed income, and cannot afford a battery at this time. The guy in the service department told me that I could call the salesperson and see if they could help with the matter. I called and couldn't reach Fatima, so I left a message and never received a response. Who sells a car that need a battery in 3 weeks. When I go to start the car now, I just pray for it to start because I still don't have funds for a battery. The service guy quoted me a price of over 400 dollars. I'm still waiting for a response from a salesperson.

I have dealt with Reggie for several years at Steve Rayman and have only had complete success under his watch. I've not been satisfied with performance when he was not there. I have bought two brand new trucks and three other vehicles from Steve Rayman Chevrolet and that is also attributed to the fact that it would be Reggie there to make sure they all continue to operate correctly. I still own all 5 of those vehicles and others that I take to the service department there at SR.
I will only bring my vehicles to Reggie as I am sure of what I get when they leave the establishment.

Excellent customer service from everyone that helped me. And more importantly I was able to get the car I want the same day another dealership called and told me another person beat me to the car I wanted after I started the paperwork! It was my first time visiting the service department, Scott was very patient and helpful in getting the windshield wiper repair taken care of for my Chevy. Will definitely go again, everyone was nice that I encountered and even followed up to make sure the service met my expectations.

Mike, his team, and the GM took great care of me. I needed to have my catalytic converter replaced and not only did they have the part but I was able to drop off my car in the morning and pick it up same day after work. They all worked together well to ensure that I had a great experience. Overall I’m more than happy with my decision to come here.

I was greeted promptly in the service lane. Reggie was very cordial and quickly took care of me. I noticed the dealership was very clean and appeared to have been refurbished in many areas. That was good to see.

This was my first time coming to this particular dealership and after stopping by quite a few with no luck, I was able to find the car for me and at a very good price at Steve Rayman. The people there were so friendly and personable. Faatimah was the saleswoman who I dealt with and Kourtney was the financial man to finish everything so I could get out and they were great! If ever needing a car again, I definitely will choose this dealership over the others even with the drive it took to get there. I know I will be well taken care of.

I had been looking for a specific vehicle in a discontinued color that was New. I opened Google to check one last time before giving up. The second suggestion was Steve Rayman. I sent a message on the site asking if that particular vehicle was physically in stock on their lot. I got a message back saying yes it is. Then a few minutes later I received a call from JD. We spoke about the truck and he confirmed that it in fact was EXACTLY what I had been searching for. I let him know I was in Idaho and that I’d sent the link to my husband to check out as well. He said great and just let him know if he could answer any further questions and gave me his number. He was very professional and top notch on his knowledge of the vehicle. My husband got back to me and said if that’s what I was wanting then go for it. I called JD back and asked if he could send me a video or better yet if he had iPhone, could we FaceTime and show me the vehicle since we were in different states. Without hesitation we were on FaceTime walking in the cold to the truck. He demonstrated how a few things worked and showed me close up all the details of the truck. I again said that’s amazing that I found my unicorn and let me call him right back. He again said of course no problem. I let my husband know that we did a FaceTime walk thru and it was confirmed, this was what I had wanted but couldn’t find. He said ok let’s do it then! I called JD back and said ok let’s do it! I gave him a little more information and he said he’d run some numbers and send it over to negotiate. He did and we made a deal. He helped me arrange transport of the vehicle to me in Idaho with a reputable truck hauler, Michelle B. in finance was quick and professional to work with as well. It was a refreshing smooth transition. I’m grateful that I checked just one last time and that I came across these amazing people at Steve Rayman. I would certainly do it again.

Had an issue getting ahold of them in the beginning. Was so frustrated, but when I went up there, they were absolutely amazing, I was totally acting like an impatient pain. Every other dealership I talked to said they were booked out over a month. They were busy but my service advisor was so good at communicating, gave me his personal line (to the dealership), called me back promptly when he could not answer. Was just absolutely amazing. If you ever need anything done this is the dealership and Scott, service advisor, was absolutely stellar!!! Don’t go anywhere else!
