I have two words about this agency - Cynthia Patrick. I've worked in Customer Service for over two decades so it's one of the first things I notice about a business. She was absolutely stellar. She answered every question I had and ALWAYS responded to my email inquiries, no matter how many I sent. I appreciate her prompt attention to detail, especially since I had a tight turnaround. Great Florida Insurance did a great job for us on our renter's insurance policy. Their rates are very reasonable. In particular Cynthia Patrick did a superb job of explaining everything to us.
