Awesome store and great experience! My trip was so personal and thorough. They scanned my feet and gave me every possible solution! I walked out very happy and confident with my purchase... Harrison was so great and made my experience that much more enjoyable!!!

Excellent customer service! I live 3 hours from this location. Because of the professionial and friendly experience i had, i have now set up an account to exclusively buy from this store for my future business needs!

The lady there was very informative and likes the company herself. So it's nice when I can shop with help from an ambitious person who wants to help me know what I'm buying.

Tried to get to their store this morning but they didn't open till 10:00. Then got stuck at work with a really bad pair of boots all day and really was hoping to get to the store before they closed at 6:00 p.m.. Got stuck behind one too many school buses and red lights nevertheless. Made it to the store at 5:58. I had called at 5:55 to see if they would potentially stay open a few more minutes for me but they stated I'm sorry we closed at 6:00. Nevertheless Harrison helped me out at 5:59 by grabbing a pair of boots from the back, then also grabbing another pair of boots twice for me. Super nice guy. Glad I was able to make the deal happen today. As I did not want to stray far from the brand that I have been loyal to for over 12 years. Thanks again Harrison you're a stand-up guy for dealing with me at the last minute my feet thank you as well.

This store was very accommodating in finding the best work boots I’ve ever worn. From the fitting process to the leather conditioning, they made my experience feel very welcome and genuine. This on top of their sensitivity to the 2020 pandemic showed a true sense of professionalism.

This store provided a great experience. I have been buying work boots for years and have yet to find the proper fit till today. My foot was measured with their machine and then by hand to ensure the machine was correct. At that point the boot I needed they didn't have in my size so they promptly found my size at a different store and had them hold it till I could come get it. What was amazing was how the second store was just as helpful and friendly. The whole experience was effortless and was how shopping should be. Red Wing has definitely won me over as a long time customer.

First pair of Red Wings I’ve purchased and it was truly a great experience. Customer service was awesome. Store manager Renita and salespersons made me feel right at home. Let me not forget, the boots are just as comfortable as when I first tried them on 2/25/19.

Alisa was very very professional and supportive. I didn't know what kind of shoes would give me the best support for my new career field, Alisa guided me through the whole process. Not many people give customer service like that anymore. Thanks again, Alisa!

James did a tremendous job helping me find just the right pair of boots for me, didn’t have them in stock but had them ordered for me thx James!

Came in one Sunday was met by Allisa and two other women.. I say other women because no one bothered to introduce themselves but her. She helped me, she fitted me all the while the other women sat there. I was amazed at how well Allisa knew her products and I say her because she made me feel like she had a hand in designing them. Overall it was a wonderful experience and I will most definitely be coming back

Helpful representatives and quality products. Very pricey though. I wear boots 365 days a year so I want them to last and these boots are the best. It's more of an investment than a purchase.

Your machine does not take into account for hammer toe and the height at toes.
