Zucca Bar & Pizzeria

My friends and I had dinner here on a Friday night. The dining room was pretty full with a 20 minute wait so we sat at the bar. I highly recommend the smoked chicken egg rolls off of the starter menu. They were full of flavor and very filling. The dipping sauce was pretty spicy so make sure to order cold water in case you can’t handle the heat 🌶

The perfect pizza
When it's 1am and you want pizza, this is the place to go. It was easy to order and the food came fresh and hot.
I ordered the White Pie, so nice. I love a good cheesecake. They have good cheesecake too. The piece wasn't big either.

First time going to Zucca went perfectly. Called in for a pick up and I arrived in time just as it was done, welcomed by the hostess and treated very nicely by the bartender who served me my drink. Got the Yorker stromboli and was absolutely blown away. Cheesy and meaty, and I love the marinara - for the price point, it was absolutely worth it, and I'll definitely visit again!

This place has an amazing atmosphere. The food was exquisite! The staff was also attentive and friendly.

I’ve visited this place a couple of times now. This is my favorite restaurant in the area. No disappointment so far.

Great vibe to this place and the booths has their own personal TV. I recommend the white pie.

The pizza here is awesome!!! Nice n crispy and cooked just right. On the thinner side of crust which is perfect!
The chicken fingers are also bangin' 😋
The wait staff was awesome, very friendly, very attentive and very helpful.
Personal tv's at every table are also a nice bonus, especially on game day, watch whatever you want!

Jody was phenomenal and so quick/happy to serve us! I customized my own slices and god were they good! A perfect spot for late night pizza and margs 😊

Michelle is our favorite.. We see her on Monday nights while our girls are at dance. Beat lemon pepper wings in town!!! The garlic knots are mouth watering good. Happy regular.

We were hungry on a Friday, w no desire to prepare food, nor get dressed for dinner. We wanted authentic pizza and began an online search. Found Zucca and the menu. The salad looked so good that I got it topped w shrimp. Hubby got chicken piccata and steamed spinach. Although we did not eat in, the atmosphere seemed inviting, and pickup at the bar was a pleasant experience. The salad, pasta and spinach were delish... so good, I'd like to visit for lunch today (no kidding). Definitely a good choice for food!

Zucca Pizza Bar is definitely a place that you'll enjoy. The staff is nice, the food is great and the hours are great too. I often have "The Victory Pizza" or spaghetti and meatballs.

The Blackend Chicken Alfredo was tasty but it had more than necessary amount of peas in it. They share kitchen with the Tavern next to them, you can order food from that place too. Also, if you choose the diner seating you get a private TV.

Cool looking restaurant. Merging of old Italian with modern look. Good looking bar, comfortable seats, good size tables, clean restroom, and awesome staff.

Our waitress is very friendly. Prompt service. Best of all she stopped by many times. We did not get her name. However, great tattoo on left arm and cool blue glasses with blond hair - thanks!

Zucca would would have earned a 5.0; however, the pasta dish was full of tomato juice vs just tomatoes. When pasta has more juice, the aldente pasta becomes soggy. Tasted delicious, though.

Wedge salad - excellent presentation, crunchy bacon, crispy lettuce, blue cheese, beautiful red onion, crumbles, juicy ripe baby tomatoes. Refreshing. Yum.

Chicken wings - perfectly crispy, juicy, flavorful. Served with celery sticks, ranch and spicy wing sauce. Lot's of chicken meat. Mmmmm, mmmmm, good. Every bite was perfect.

Pizza Slice - OMG this is real Italian thin slice with delicious marinara sauce. Pizza was not soggy, perfectly baked with cheese, meat, ham, pepperoni, and mozerella crumbles on top.

Big glass of 1/2 sweet and 1/2 unsweet ice tea to wash down the yummy meal.

Service was great and everything was delicious. I had the clam and bacon pizza, which is definitely not something you can find just anywhere! The cheese and meat board was delicious too

Food is delicious and service is great. The Carbonara is my go-to meal. My kids love the kids meals.

Soooooo glad I found this spot! It was a normal Wednesday night of the family not knowing what they wanted to eat. I suggested this place because it had a variety of items that should please everyone, and it did!

Buffalo chicken sandwich is huge! The flavor is as well. Great sandwich! Cut it in half and take the rest home for lunch the next day.

Chicken Cordon Bleu was reinvented, smothered in a marsala sauce, you almost forget that you're eating an old classic. Delicious!

Salmon over risotto, like, how can you get this wrong? You can't! And they didn't! A lovely, light dish.

This is a kid friendly environment and the helpings and quality of the food on the kid menu is just as good as the food for the adults.

I highly recommend this location. Check out the daily specials and make it a weekly treat.

This place is generally delicious. Each day - all seven of them - they feature a different pizza of the day. And the featured pizzas are quite a bit less expensive than their normal prices. When I went it was the Supreme, which was quite the unhealthy choice. I got the large - 18" - with the intention of taking half of it home for breakfast the next morning. Pizza always tastes better when the flavors mix overnight. Amiright?

Anyway, the pizza only cost me $18, which is a great price for a pizza like this. I think the normal prices for that pizza is somewhere around $25. And yes, I ate the whole thing while I watched whatever game they had on. I didn't eat a thing the whole next day.

Although good, it was a little salty for my taste with the all the pepperoni, sausage, and olives. I've had the white pizza, which I really like, the chicken parmesan pizza, and the pepperoni pizza, which are all good. My only criticism is that I'd prefer my pizzas be served piping hot, when the cheese is really melty. They tend to come out very warm, not hot hot. Maybe they do that to try to avoid lawsuits. I've never asked.

I've also had other dishes there, like the linguine with clams in white wine butter sauce. Delicious, but you have to be wary of the sauce splashing on your shirt, which is why I usually ahy away from long pasta when eating out.

Zucca also has a pretty good beer and wine selection. I'm not sure, but I think they rotate the beers they have on tap. If you like mixed drinks, they give a good pour. Nothing to complain about there.

The prices are reasonable. Dining out is no longer inexpensive, even at moderately-priced restaurants. They use quality ingredients, so you have to expect to pay more.

Each table has its own TV, so you can watch the game you want to watch or put something on the TV that will occupy your kids after they eat (if they aren't already mesmerized by their phone or whatever else they play their games on).

To sum it up, if you've never been there, check it out. Who doesn't like really good Italian food?

Great bar and grill with a diverse menu that serves everyone. Great for families and happy hours. Highly recommended.

Good food & service. The Carbonara can be a bit salty, but not always.

Update: Visited again on 12/20, and everything was amazing. Had the mussels for the first time, very good. Asked my server to tell the kitchen about the salt in the Carbonara, it came out perfect. This place really has great service, and Alexis(sp?) was an awesome and attentive server. Sat on the heated patio, even though it was just me out there, and she was just as attentive to me as those inside. Overall, very enjoyable experience. I'm not new here, but definitely going to be a solid customer.

Can't wait to get back here! Prob the best Bolognese ever!!
