Both my spouse and myself went here for TSA Pre Check. My application was a little more difficult and Mimi was so helpful in advising me what paperwork I would need to successfully process my application. We watched as she so efficiently executed her duties with each applicant. She is genuinely an asset to your company. I did have to return the following day to complete my application and Mimi was once again so helpful.

The staff at this Staples location is exceptional. I have recently starting going there about once/week for Amazon returns (as I'm sure many others in the area have too). Although this is a new process for both the staff and me, they have been very friendly and patient with me. Louis especially has been great. He gave me a coupon today to go towards any purchase and he directed me to the clearance section (which I didn't know existed). Because of that, I was able to find some great little gifts for my family there. I highly recommend this Staples location for more than just Amazon returns!

Evonne, as Print and Marketing Supervisor, and Louis, her General Manager, were a blessing as I prepared for an important presentation about Orange Duffel Bag Initiative and our programs serving young people in foster care! Not only were our materials beautiful, but Louis took the time to ask about our program and share with me about Staples' program providing work experience for foster youth!

I needed to get posters for an event done and was really worried that I wouldn't find a place in time. Thanks to Jeannie and the rest of her team everything was done ahead of schedule and came out looking great!

Sierra Drew and Matthew Perry at the Dallas Highway location Marietta Ga. STAPLES please recognize the 2 associates because they represented STAPLES so very well. I wished that there was a customer survey on their receipt so I could tell them personally how awesome Evonne in their printing department was.
I needed some pages printed out that were in the middle of a gigantic file and I was a deer in headlights. She saw this right away and came to my rescue. Not only was she helpful, she got the job done with a smile and had an awesome personality and attitude the entire time.
I’ve never had a bad experience printing anything, or receiving help with anything in this store.

Store Manager Ken Lyons is a God Send! He was so professional and informative that this is the only Staples I intend to patron. All of the associates here are very helpful and it’s no wonder! He immediately greeted me, answered all of my tech questions and walked me over to his recommendations within the store. Ken sets the precedent for the rest of his team members and they all seem to follow his lead. Kudos to you Ken for your exceptional store!

Bought business cards for pickup and was able to go in and out in a flash. They were also able to hold them for me. Great service!

Very impressed with Blake who works in the print and shipping area. Very helpful and personable really shows that he cares about helping people. It's always a challenge to keep good people hope you do what it takes to keep Blake. I can use the new website to create business cards on demand and I find it user friendly especially when you want to test a concept not print a lot of cards.
They continue to impress me with fast and friendly service. If Blake is not there, ask for Kimberly. Great team at this store

Took a little work to get things working but the techs were very patient and willing to help.

I came to this Staples location to purchase items I needed for my son's science fair project! I was greeted by a very helpful sales associate that made my experience seemless! Additionally, I noticed the store was very well stocked, organized, and clean! As we headed through the check out line I noticed that the cashier was also very pleasant and efficient with getting us in and out! I highly recommend this location!

I went in on a Sunday morning. I wandered around until I was ready, declining assistance until then. Finally ready to buy, I found an associate and he helped me with all my questions then directed me to the manager. He confirmed and further answered my questions. He then helped me pick out everything I’d need for my home office. We got everything loaded in my car and I was on my way. Five star service!!

As soon as I walked in Brooks asked if he could help me find something. He pointed which aisle to go to. He was on the register and was checking another customer out. I went straight to what I needed. When I went to check out he suggested liquid screen protector for my phone. My phone is brand new (only 2 days old), so I really don't need it yet. So Brooks gave me a small card with literature about the product so when I need it I will remember to come back to staples to get it. Informative, friendly, and helpful. Good job Brooks.

Brandon in the print shop was awesome and went above and beyond to help me print posters for a meeting.

The best group of professionals at this location. Lisel, Zoe and Sam B helped me print my documents and was very patient in helping me to meet a RFP bid deadline. They assisted with store products offerings with great consultation service to help me to package and mail out a great packaged product, for a solicitation. Thanks again, for you help and excellent customer service. Clean store and very friendly service.

After much research concerning a printer, went to Staples . I was pleasantly surprised by the time and expertise, including registering the printer, Brooks gave me in purchasing the best choice. The experience I had will cause me to consider Brooks and the Staples at this location for any future purchase.
