Dr. Melissa Graye was awesome! She was everything I have been looking for in a DVM- Superbly skilled, very pleasant, and has my pup on a quick road to recovery. The reception personnel were very professional. Glad to have found my new Vet Clinic.

I have been long time customer of Cumberland animal clinic. My cats have seen Dr. Bailey for quite some time and I was hesitant about going this time knowing that she had left the practice. However, my cat and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Graye. She has implemented some changes which allow for a more comfortable visit for the patients( cats and dogs ). She also worked really well with me in regards to my budget. She also took extra time to discuss with me a medication that one of my cats takes. I thought it was prescription and she explained that it was over the counter and even brought her phone into the room to show me where I could buy it online. I felt like that was well above and beyond what she needed to do. It was a great experience and we look forward to seeing her on our next visit with our other cat!
P S. When she walked In the room, my cats tail shot straight up as a friendly gesture. Even he knew she's good people!

We had a great experience here today with our Kona! Back story- we are in town visiting family and she ripped off a toenail. She is a very VERY vet nervous dog so we are always apprehensive in taking her to a new clinic just due to how she will react. We were able to wait with her in our car until a room was ready, and once back there they were very quick to act so that she didn't have to wait in the room. The vet was so understanding and didn't want to push her too much and induce more fear than she was already experiencing. Everyone was very nice!
We also paid less than what was originally quoted to us, which is always a plus! If we ever have to see a vet while in Smyrna, we will definitely come here. Thank you again for such a smooth process, and being so understanding and flexible with our girl!

In less than a year's time, our family has lost two dogs (almost 15 and almost 14 yo) but CAC staff has made these unbearable losses, breathable. Between the front desk staff, the vet tech staff and Dr. Thomas and the compassion, patience and love they have offered through these impossible moments, I cannot dream of ever going anywhere else. They've also helped us successfully manage our other pup's severe anxiety with gentleness and support through the process. Today as I mourn, I keep coming back to the impact these literal angels had on us. I really don't think I could have gotten through it without their support. These folks are the true heros of our time.

Been going here for at least 10 years. Dr. Ramos is truly amazing. The time she take with all of our dogs is awesome. You can tell she cares. Prices are quite expensive for the services received but worth it in my opinion. Our pups are our family so we want to get them the best help we can and Dr. Ramos does that.

Jonathan did a great job with my Phoenix. Everyone is always so friendly from the time I enter to the time Phoenix leaves. Phoenix loves it there. She always gets so excited when she is there. Like a kid in a candy store!!

My pups have grown and with each passing year the care and wellness given by the vets, techs and receptionists is still the same quality and care. I am always well informed of my dogs needs and kept on track for their wellbeing and continued wellness. From dental with Dr. Baily to check ups and shots with Dr. Ramos it is always a pleasure working with this veterinary group. Good care, good food makes for life long healthy fur friends. Thank you. I was first a client in the early 90's. I moved away from the Smyrna area and moved back recently. It wasn't a debate where to take my dog. I walked in and even after 20 years they still had my records. The doctors have changed since they opened, but the care and attention remains the same from the doctors to the vet techs and receptionists everyone is extremely personable and want the best care for your pet. My pack has started over and Dr. Ramos took the time to talk and play with my puppies as well as listen to concerns. Having an awesome vet makes pet ownership that much better. My pups give them 5 barks and endless tail wags.

These folks have been taking care of my animals for over a decade. They are always awesome. Good doctors. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Another great experience at Cumberland Animal Clinic in Smyrna, GA. On 6/8/23, Dr. Riemer gave my cat Buzz lots of attention and gentle care to investigate and treat recent vomiting and diarhea. I left feeling much better that we would get him back to good health. We've been bringing our pets here for many, many years and although the Vet's names have changed, the care is always top notch! I also want to give a shout out to Dr. Bailey who treated Purr-cilla on Friday 6/9/23 for her annual check-up. She has been Buzz and Purr-ci's primary Vet since we adopted them 3 years ago. She also collaborated with Dr. Reimer on Buzz's follow-up treatment and care to treat a tapeworm indicated on stool sample testing Looks like he ingested a flea? Kudos and Cumberland Animal clinic is a HIGHLY recommended Veterinarian for your pet's care. They carefully reviewed all treatments and pricing with me before proceeding so I was able to understand the options and costs beforehand. :)

My usual vet was short staffed, so I was sent here to do routine dental work for my 11 year old schnauzer. They were super awesome in adjusting my dropoff time for the "surgery" since they were an hour away. They were very thorough with the cleaning and oral health check while she was under and very communicative about the process and costs (average) before and during the cleaning. The pickup went well and I'm overall happy with the results.

We have been taking our family's pets (2 dogs and a cat) to Cumberland Animal Clinic for almost ten years now. The doctors are kind, attentive, and really take their time with us every time we go in. They are very thorough in their annual checkups, and concerned and caring when one of our fur babies is not well. The staff is extremely courteous, kind, and prompt. We never wait more than a few minutes to be seen when we arrive to the office - even when we've been worked in for a same-day appointment, and they are really great at accommodating our scheduling needs - they're always able to see our pets at a time that works best for us. The good folks at Cumberland are also very gracious in helping out with things like vaccination records (which they have emailed to us *instantly* on numerous occasions) and with prescription refills - of which we have regular need. Really can't say enough about this practice - everyone there is wonderful and it's truly a pleasure any time we need to call or be seen. We changed to Cumberland from another practice when we moved to the Smyrna area, and have since moved over to East Cobb, but we still make the drive to see the wonderful people at Cumberland - they are absolutely worth it!

I take all 3 of my cats here and they are so great! We have an older cat who has to get blood work every 6 months and the techs do it in the exam room so I can stay with her. We were just there yesterday and they were so patient and sweet with her. I email them questions all the time and they are always so quick to answer me or send over a copy of something when I ask. Great customer service and they treat my babies like they would their own!

Dr. Ramos and the staff are super nice and they made sure my dog Fendi felt welcomed and comfortable on our first visit. I did not like our old vet so I'm very happy to find Cumberland Animal Clinic. She made sure to answer all my questions and provided excellent customer service. Would def recommend you bring your pup here.

We've been taking our dog Darwin to Cumberland Animal Clinic for 4 years (since we moved here). He's seen several vets, nurses, technicians, and staff at Cumberland and everyone has been informative, patient, honest, kind, and accessible. Darwin is geriatric with chronic illness issues. Working with the vets & staff to formulate a comprehensive treatment plan that we all agree upon has truly been a blessing. Their location and office hours are also very convenient.

They have taken care of my pets here for now almost 7 years, the service from the front office to the Vets has always been great, even though we have had a couple of different Vets, The office is great and clean. They do not push services on you for your pets and explain your options in detail. Thank you!

If you are looking for high quality, passionate, capable pet care, Cumberland Animal Clinic is it. I've been a happy customer for 7+ years. I've had every level of pet care for our little Silky Terrier. This includes routine immunizations, annual wellness checks, sick call and Gastro-intestinal and kidney care. Our 7 pound Silky is 15+ years old. She is in good health and is well beyond normal life expectancy. I largely credit the Cumberland Animal Clinic Team. Cumberland Animal Clinic arguably has some of the lowest prices around for vet visits. The staff is always friendly and tentative. Whenever I need to make an appointment, I don't have to wait on hold and also get an appointment within the next few days at most. The staff seems to really enjoy what they do and they are always patient with my dog. I had to put my cat down and chose to come here since this is where I take my dog, and it was as best of an experience I could ask for, given the circumstances... They covered the windows on the door to make sure no one would bother us, they had warm blankets for my pet, and the vet was very kind. She walked us through our different aftercare options and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye. It didn't cost an arm and a leg either. Overall, very nice staff.

Dr. Ramos was great! I visited Cumberland Animal Clinic for the first time when my 13-year old dog, JD, was terminally ill. I had become displeased with my dog's previous vet and chose Cumberland based on the great reviews. Dr. Ramos and staff ran a lot of tests and determined that JD was too sick to be helped. She gave me numerous options, but I decided to have him euthanized. She assured me that I made the right decision, which was helpful. Before they sedated him, they made him a plate full of chocolate cake, cat food, dog treats, and cheese. He loved it and left this world very happy! They even gave me a clay mold of his paw print. I was there a total of 3 hours and didn't feel rushed at any time. Thank you, Dr. Ramos and staff 🥲
