Great garage to park in when you are in Decatur.

Everytime we park here theres an issue. Today it was the exit kiosk declined my card, which I just used for lunch and is fully funded. Had to borrow a friends atm card when mine rejected, but his was declined too. The assistance call button was answered this time, but first the guy told me both our cards must be no good. I explained why that wasnt possible, and he did end up raising the gate, after taking my name and phone number. When I got out I checked my bank and no transaction had even been attempted. This is about the 3rd time Ive been stuck in their garage with broken equipment and/or unanswered calls for help. Park on the street, the app for the meters works well and at least you can leave.

Absolutely unconscionable business practice. We were here for less than thirty minutes, which was supposed to be $1. You charged $5. Then when we tried to call it was conveniently busy and that for an extra $5 you would "keep trying the number." No wonder the deck was empty. Errbody already got your number. F YOU.

God forbid your ticket doesn’t read. No customer service support at all. I had to go back in Kaiser and was thankful one of the staff let me out with their badge. Stuck in the parking garage for 45 min before that trying to get them on the phone.
