Drove up today from Macon Ga!!!🥰 So worth the ride. I tried on soooo many pieces and left with many. This store is awesome and I will thoroughly enjoy wearing my linen purchases ( tops, skirt, & pants) I could have spent 4 hours in this store going through all the great choices. I'll be back. Check it out ladies

Boutique karma is one of my favorite go-to shops. The owners are delightful and helpful. Some of my favorite pieces came from Boutique karma. Prices are comparable to other Boutique stores and they have great selections.

I was visiting family in the area and fell in love with this boutique! Gorgeous clothing and a very helpful owner and employees regarding sizing and color options. I was able to get some really nice clothing at a decent price. I also love that there are a lot of coordinating accessories to put outfits together. I was not disappointed at all and will definitely buy from there again.

Excellent customer service. Employees/owners happily available by phone, or if you're lucky enough to be able to shop this delightful store, to select appropriate size, colors and styles to suit your needs and desires. Unique boutique with high quality items at affordable prices. And during this time of Covid, in this country, were able to deliver items much quicker than other purchases I've made at other retail shops. Thanks Boutique Karma for a great shopping experience!

I discovered Boutique Karma online when I was looking for a specific, hard-to-find Cut Loose lantern pant. They had it available to order in all colors and sizes, which was just what I wanted. It took a few weeks to arrive, but they were clear about the time frame. The pants are fantastic--well worth the wait!

Great customer service and beautiful clothing. I have received so many compliments on the shirts, dresses, jewelry, and shoes I have purchased here.

This is a really neat lil shops!
It's right on the square of downtown decatur - near the Marta opening across from the church & library.
The clothes aren't all my style but still really cute. Got kinda hippy vibes. I should have guessed by the name =p
Sales people helpful without being pushy :)

Item was shown on their website in a lovely shade of turquoise, which is what I believed I was ordering when I ordered "ocean." I called the store to check on the garment measurements, then ordered the shirt. When it arrived it was an entirely different shade of blue from what was shown on line. When I called to discuss this, the owner insisted he'd told me the turquoise was out of stock, but in reality we had *never* discussed color, we had only discussed sizing. He kept insisting he'd told me the turquoise color was out of stock, but as I didn't even know it had ever come in another color I would never have even asked about that, and if he had said so, I would have asked about what the available color actually was. None of this color conversation took place.
The item was marked final sale, and he refused any accomodation, insisting I had gotten a good price, end of discussion.
In my opinion when an item is sent that bears little resemblance to the item shown on line, some accomodation should be made.

Terrible quality,

ordered 3 items...one arrived and was terrible quality, returned it.
Still waiting for 2 other items - order was placed May 13, 2020
