Bowlero Austell

The bowling experience was great from beginning to end. I booked my daughter’s party through an agent with Bowlero and Mr. Lane was great. He was helpful and kind and very responsive. On the day of her party the bowling alley employees greeted us with smiles and treated us like they were happy we were there. Dennis and Wanda were absolutely wonderful- Extremely pleasant and professional! They were both attentive to our needs. It’s the kind of good customer service you don’t see anymore….so refreshing. I’m truly thankful they were a part of our bowling experience and we’re already thinking of other events we can host at the Austell location. Thank you all for making my daughter’s birthday a day to remember.

Attended the Southern Collegiate Classic in November and had a blast. The staff done a great job and kept all services going. Dennis ran a great tournament and minimal issues with lanes. Keep up the great work.

Bruce in pro shop drilled holes on two of my bowling balls and did an awesome job. Very professional and he made my visit at Bowleros a great experience. The crew there are very friendly . I would highly recommend Bruce for sure .

We were at the bowling alley for a tournament and it couldn't have been a better experience. The tournament was well-run, the manager of operations Todd was a really nice guy and hard-working, the only issue I had there when the bathrooms could have been cleaner - you guys need to clean the walls in some of the stalls. The food was delicious and we had several things over the course of 2 days. We enjoyed the well-stocked Pro Shop, and the vending machines with bowling supplies in them. Every single employee that I spoke with was very courteous and very helpful. Thanks to everyone at bowlero for making it a fun visit. We look forward to more tournaments at bowlero locations, hope they're all is good as this one.

It's an older bowling alley but the lanes are always dressed and in great condition! They just renovated it. The pro shop (Bruce) is always so helpful with anything you need. Will drill your ball for $30? I know it was cheaper than Stars and Strikes in Dallas. Dennis is the GM and is very organized when it comes to running a league. My husband prefers this bowling alley to any other alley. Food is good, like any other bar food. They have an arcade and bar area (I think pool tables too).

Updated review. There was far too many people in this bowling alley. I mean,it was packed. Although they only book every other lane,it was still packed and very warm.from the number of people there..

We literally had to leave early because the management had us right next to another family of 6. We were too close for somfort. We left before our games was even over because we cant risk getting sick.

I totally understand businesses are getting hit big time with all of the reductions and social distance rules. But its either follow the rules or keep the doors shut.

I've attached photos of tonight. This was 30 minutes before closing. Just imagine an hr earlier when it was at its peak.

The staff are always friendly and helpful. They have good flat bread pizza. Variety of ball sizes. Game room with air hockey and up to date games. They have weekly specials including drinks. Always clean and a good crowd of family oriented people. There's even ALOT of couples and small groups bowling.

It was absolutely fun and amazing, can't wait to visit again, having to play in groups makes it more fantastic, the laughter, the shout and music is everything.

It was my first time bowling there, and I got to say " It was wicked awesome!" I mean, not only does it have bowling lanes, but it has a wild arcade as well. I love it!

We had my daughters birthday here, and Bowlero went above and beyond. I could not have asked for anything more. All of my guests complemented the food and experience. The staff was extremely attentive and gave 110%.

Fun place for bowling and gaming. But the pool table should be changed.

Been going for the last 4weeks I definitely enjoy the scenery.

Went with my daughters on a Saturday around 6pm. the staff was very very pleasant. Explained everything to us since it was our first time at this location. Honored the First responders” special. The establishment was very clean and organized. I saw the staff from the concession stand still delivering food to others tables, even though it was explained that they were short staffed and you would have to get your own food. The music was very nice. Everybody was having a great time. Definitely will be back. Great job guys!!

We had a fun time with our family!

Visited this place recently and purchased a Hammer RIP'D from their pro shop. The man working in the shop seemed very knowledgeable and was very fast at getting my new ball drilled for me. Even gave me a free game. My daughter also had fun there and the lanes seem very well kept. I left one ball for baking since I haven't bowled in a few years. I hope it helps get it back to where I had it when I first got it. I will be back again.

Excellent location. The Lanes were well maintained. Every employee I met was extremely personable. It felt like talking to old friehds.

This is my favorite bowling place! Very clean, staff always friendly, feels like home, lanes are never a problem, and the service is a 5 star.

Summer league sign up. Wonderful summer activity. 2 1/2 hrs of bowling for $10/kid every Saturday 10 wks. Staff is great. Place is clean. They coach the kids.
