Eat here regularly. Always good. You don't have to worry if you are hungry and ready to eat.

The customer service here is top tier! I work in the area and they are always fast with the food prep!

I live right down the road from the Northside Drive location. I drive an extra 5 to 10 minutes to drive to this location because the service is 100x better. I see some of the reviews here don’t have the best comments about this place, but every time in person my experience has been nothing but great.

Almost every visit (any location) they never get my mobile order right. Happy to say this time they got everything right. Plus they packed the extra tortilla separately and neatly. 5 stars even though they were 30 min late. It was during dinner rush so was expected.

We had a great experience here. Staff was friendly and food was fresh. They were out of steak when we got there, but staff apologized as they were near closing which is nice. Employees at other chipotles I frequent usually don’t even say anything or return an attitude.

Ironically the same day, my chipotle account had been hacked (costing us around $80) and they provided me with complementary drinks once we told them our story. Will be coming here instead of the closer one to my apartment.

Wow, from reading the reviews about this place some people are sensitive. I love this Chipotle location. I always order online and my order is always ready on time. Staff is usually teenagers but I never get an attitude from any of them. Maybe it’s the energy you give off as a customer.
My only complaint is that during the Pandemic they ran out of Chipotle sauce. On my next visit they offered me a whole bottle. I’m about to place an order right now.

I order chipotle at least once a week. I order through their app and select the option for pickup. I want to commend this location for their excellent service. The food always comes exactly as ordered. Not only that, but the portion sizes are quite generous. I have had issues with other chipotle locations but never with this one. That is why I keep coming back, even though this is not the closest location to my home.

In my opinion, Chipotle is great. The quality of the ingredients is pretty high (especially for a fast food joint). It is a chain that for the most part has achieved standardization so, most locations are indistinguishable from the others except in location. This location is well within the norm for a Chipotle. The service is respectable, the food is standard Chipotle, and the premise is in good condition.

We stopped here almost at closing time after the Cobb parkway location was out of steak and cheese. Employees were nice. Location was clean. Dwayne was super friendly and has great customer service! Our food was exactly how we wanted it. Thank you!

I love chipotle and thought the various stores were about the same across. However, I was really surprised by the chipotle on Howell Mill because the taste was much better than other places. The chicken I got was very fresh, soft, and not tough like some other places. The workers were also nice and gave big portions as they didn't measure out of the cups.

I ate at this location a couple of days ago, and the food was perfect, but more than that, the employees were very friendly and made me feel welcome… like you should feel at a restaurant. These wonderful humans are a model of customer service.

The fasted chipotle I’ve ever been to. Was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Food was hot and fresh and customer service was great also. Will definitely be going back to this location.

My experience was very positive. Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was clean. I got a grilled chicken bowl with brown rice, peppers & onions, pico de galo, lettuce, black beans, guacamole,and cheese. Everything was fresh. It was very good! This was around 6:00 p.m. on Friday. I had enough for two meals!
