Staff is super helpful! We had two people help my husband try to find climbing shoes, as he has big feet. They gave some amazing suggested. Great selection, and even greater people.

Really great store. Have all the right brands and the newest styles. The retail pricing hurts but you can't beat the in store experience and getting to try things on and feel them. Plus some of the styles and designs are hard to find elsewhere. From shoes to sunglasses and everything in between you will be decked out with the best styles and highest quality clothing you can get. Going here is always a treat.

I went in today and everyone who worked at Mountain High was great! Friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The guy in the shoe department took his time and was genuinely concerned about helping me find a shoe that would help me with my sciatica... he even demonstrated the proper way to walk without jamming my foot into the ground with each step. I am honestly impressed with the staff at this store! I'll be back soon to pick up my new shoes that they are getting from another store for me :)

Devon is the best. She saved the day finding my transfer that was lost between stores and was able to get my jacket right before we left for our trip. Great store with all of your outdoor needs. Staff is very friendly and can answer your questions if you are in need of assistance. MHO carries high quality brands that you can trust when you go outside the ropes and that is something that I really appreciate.

I bought a pair of On Cloud running shoes here, and had a slight problem with them. They were cordial over the phone, and even nicer in the store. They handled my problem like champions, and turned me into a loyal customer. Their products are very high end and unique. Their customer service is A+++

The staff is friendly and very helpful. They are personable and down to earth.I love the selection of clothing,shoes & gear they have. Its very balanced.I went in to buy a pair of Toms they had on sale & they couldn't find the match in the back room so they looked through their inventory for it and called me to let me know it was lost( total bummer) but they'd gladly help in any other way that they could. Went in & got new toms this week! Yeah!

So much good stuff. There were some pretty good sales when I was in there last as well. Sales staff is there to please and I've only had positive customer service experiences. Most recently, I was in and saw a hat I wanted but I didn't decide until I was already on my way out of town. I called them up and they shipped it to me and I got it two business days later!

All the employees were very friendly and helpful on a recent visit here. One even undressed the mannequin so I could try on the dress it was wearing. The store has a great selection of men, women, and children's clothing, and their frequent sales are nice. It is a great store to have in the neighborhood!

This is my 3rd time being in the store. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. This store has a wide variety of brands and products to choose from. I always leave having learned something. They usually have our size in stock. We will continue to shop here. Glad to know a Alabama store has made it's way to Atlanta.

I don't hike, scale mountains or go camping - I'm just a city girl who prefers to wear active clothing and shoes so this is the perfect place for me to shop for my weekend wardrobe. The staff is attentive and friendly without being overbearing. My only suggestion is that the lighting inside the store could be better.

The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and don't try to upsell. They have a modest selection of high-quality gear, not restricted to jackets and Guy Harvey shirts. Take the time to talk to the staff because they make some really great outdoor recommendations.

Mountain High has been a wonderful store and a great addition to the buckhead area, upon walking in you are immediately greeted by an abundance of helpful employees that seem to truly enjoy their job and are extremely knowledgeable abou the gear and clothes they sell.

the store is very organized but a bit small for all the stuff they have, something you can look past as you will guarantee you will find what you want and if you dont the employees will be more then helpful to locate it!

I have purchased a ton of things from them so far such as a hammock, jacket, and various clothes. I have been extremely satisfied with their prices and services!

Think mom-and-pop version of an apparel-driven REI. The racks can be a little on top of each other but the clothing options are excellent. And it isn't just North Face and Patagonia. There is also a solid selection of shoes in the back area. The best part is the staff which is always helpful and friendly without being overbearing. If you're looking for hiking apparel/boots, workout clothes or rugged weekend attire, this place rocks!

Great store with a really good variety of apparel and gear for the outdoorsman but also as someone who is not into nature I can always find something fun or cute to wear or use day to day. Service is great, everyone in there is really nice and helpful.

I had the most amazing experience at this store. I am new to the outdoors since I have always lived in Buffalo. It is far to cold in Buffalo to ever leave the house. I learned that Atlanta is where the Appalachian Trail starts and there is incredible hiking trails throughout the state of Georgia. I walked into Mountain High Outfitters where I found and fell instantly in love with Brooke. She is beyond knowledgeable and extremely friendly. She took time with me and outfitted me with the correct items for my new hobby. I never felt pressured by Brooke. I am excited to try out my new gear and to tell everyone about Brooke and the Mountain High Outfitters store in Buckhead. Keep it up Brooke!! You are AMAZING at what you do!
