Goodness, there are so many bad reviews of roofing companies - and I have had my share in the past but I am happy to report this company is honest, professional and strives to please.
The owner, Terry Dickerson, is hands on and his most accomplished leader - Blake Ivy - goes above and beyond to make a whole new roof a SEAMLESS endeavor.
I highly recommend this most accomplished company. As a retired, perfectionist interior designer who knows quality service - ROOF DEPOT is absolutely a 5+ star company.

I was very impressed with the entire team at Roof Depot. From the initial contact they were, friendly, helpful, and professional.

Our roof was replaced via an insurance claim. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company to make the process flow smoothly.

As an add on to our project we had them replace a skylight. When I notified them some debris had fallen into our master bath they sent someone over that day to clean it up.

I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof!

The experience with getting a new roof with Roof Depot was top notch from start to finish. I highly recommend them and truly appreciate the professionalism of every employee I dealt with along the way.

The Roof Depot management people presented shingle options (3 tab or architectural) to the Bethany UMC Trustees and quoted appropriately. The weren’t the lowest price, but the warranty and flexibility to fix a couple of minor concerns won the bid. The architectural shingles look great and will hold up better under the windy conditions the church roof sees each year. Clean up was great!

I was extremely happy with the job performed by Roof Depot. My house was a victim of the September 12 hail storm that came through the Cobb county area. Allstate was adamant our roof could be repaired. Roof Depot did an excellent job explaining how a repair couldn’t be necessary and Allstate had a change of heart and they replaced our roof. Justin and Walker were great to work with. They explained in great detail how the roofing project would go, and my wife and I couldn’t be happier. Great job Roof Depot. Thank you very much.!!

Very competitive pricing, very customer focused and quick and quality installation. Justin was very informative during the initial quotation and throughout the process. He made himself available at all times during the process to answer any questions we had. The installation was completed within a week of ordering. Payment was due on completion and not half due beforehand as require by a lot of other companies. Overall a very pleasant experience and the roofers did an amazing job, with preparation, removal, replacement and cleanup! Will definitely recommend to others!

I had been having a roof leak that was difficult to find. Three attempts by a reputable company, also other roofing companies that didn’t want to even try.
Well I was introduced to Roof Depot and they did an excellent job of the why, what and how of tackling this issue. All of the team, Justin, Brad and the work crew let by Juan explained well the process and executed the plan professionally.

Roof Depot gave me a very competitive price since I had to pay for the roof replacement out of my own pocket.

Future potential customers of Roof Depot: As a VERY satisfied customer I wanted to provide a review to that provides the basics of what most buyers are looking for. 1) Roof Depot provided an acurrate and fair cost estimate of the work they were going to do. Their sales team was straight forward and I never felt pressured, 2) They did exactly as they said they would do. Their operations team provided a schedule of when the dumpster would arrive, when the roof crew would do their work and when the gutter team would complete their tasks. All the work was accomplished exactly per the schedule they provided. From the delivery of the dumpster to the completion of the gutters, done in 3 1/2 days. 3) They cleaned up ALL debris when the job was done. 4) The crew was respectful of the interior of my home by putting tarps inside my home to collect the debris that fell inside the house, as they put in new skylights. They worked from 7:30 AM to 8:15 PM non-stop, to complete the replacement of my roof. 5) Their Field Supervisors were curtious and made sure all work was performed to a very high standard. In fact the FIeld Supervisor noticed something that he wanted corrected, informed me about it (something that no one would ever see) and had two of his team come out two days later to fix the issue. 6) The gutter team was also efficient and cleaned up ALL of thier debris. I would highly recommend Roof Depot to do any roof related work.

Walker did a great job working with me on all the details of a new roof, pricing was fair and service was excellent. Juan and his team had the roof installed in a day, gutters were done in another day. Very happy with the product and service.

We are very pleased with the quality provided by The Roof Depot. The roofers that came were friendly, they cleaned up very well and the roof looks great. They replaced damaged boards as needed and cleaned the gutters.

This was a very easy and pleasing job if I’ve ever had one Chad was so kind and helpful. Loved working with him. He was understanding when I broke my hip and was not around to see what to was going on. He kept me informed at all turns. I would definitely recommend Roof Depot and Chad.
