After publishing this review I received a phone call from Daniel, the store owner, who was extremely kind, and surprised this ever happened in her store. She said it is not something she would ever support and asked to make it up to me.
Today I came back to the store, and the item was returned, no questions asked.

I would like to thank Daniel for caring and reaching out, and also take this opportunity to praise the store worker, Emily, that was the pleasant and welcoming face at the store both times (she wasn't the one who refused to return my money that was her manager on duty). Emily is one of the biggest reasons we will return to this store, and our shopping experience is better because of her big heart.

Didn't think in 2022 I'll still encounter sick horrible customer service.
This is the reason why small stores close, and everyone is buying on Amazon.

I bought a Flybar pogo stick for my 6 year old. We started unpacking it at home, to find out the plastic is really cheap, and comes off by itself. I initially repacked it and came to return it to the store.

The girl at the counter was very nice, but told me she unfortunately couldn't take it back, was it's been used. I explained it wasn't every used, and that it is not my fault the product is of poor quality. So poor, that it was clear by opening the box alone.

She then said she will try and get a hold of her manager. After a few minutes she came back and said one of her managers is at a lunch break and the other one is too busy unpacking in the back... (Too busy to come deal with an unsatisfied customer???).

She then again turned me away and told me that unfortunately she cannot refund me for the product.

Extremely disappointing experience. I will never shop there again and strongly urge you all to not shop there as well.

While the items are pricy, this is a fun store with a great selection of super cool toys and gifts. It's also the last remaining free standing toy store around. Try to support them if you can afford it!

Great place to shop for toys. It’s worth the extra dollar or two to see things in person vs buying online!

I came in and was greeted right away by Emily. After she found out who I was shopping for and what they’re like, she made the perfect gift recommendation. Emily really went above and beyond to make sure this was a great shopping experience. All the people that work this location are super friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff was warm, inviting and very helpful. The store is so much fun. I wish there were stores like this when I was growing up. They got a great balance of fun and educational toys and activities. Will definitely refer friends and family to visit them.

It was amazing! I am so mad at myself for living in the area for 3+ years and just now going. Very reasonably priced, staff is so kind, and lots of fun toys to play with. Learn from my mistake and go! Oh, and free gift wrapping! You'll have the best looking present at the party 😀

It’s a super fun store, kinda pricey, and the employees are super sweet!

I live in Tennessee and was looking for a certain toy. I called down here and Christina was so helpful in getting me all set with shipping a toy I wanted! The whole process was super easy and I am so excited to get it in the mail!

Learning Express has incredibly good service as well as an amazing array of everything from stuffed animals and makeup to kids toys to logic puzzles brain teasers and fidgets I am very happy to be able to come here often and have fun.

This is a great place to find fun, educational toys for kids of all ages! The staff here are great! They're always willing and ready to help.
