Yesterday I went to your competition to download photos and print. Very poor svc. I walked out. Thank God, today I met Lisa at your Roswell store. On a scale to 10 she gets an 11. Very nice. Efficient. A pro. I was in and out in about 8 minutes.

I've been using this CVS location for over 12 years and I have had no problems with the staff or the courtesy shown by the employees. Cindy is a terrific Pharmacy manager and very attentive even though it is often a busy store and the pharmacy if often the busiest spot IN the store.
The store always has lots of bargains and sales, as well as money-saving coupons on every receipt.
I live about a mile from this store, and with gasoline 250% higher than two years ago ---- I wouldn't consider using another CVS unless this one just closed up shop. Some of the issues reported in the one-star reviews may have taken place before the recent personnel changes -- and the store has some really experienced and competent personnel who are both knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I've noticed new faces at the front checkout as well as in the Pharmacy department in recent weeks... and a couple of familiar and friendly faces from time gone by back working at this store.

Great experience at the minute clinic. Natalia was able to fit me in early before my appointment and everything was quick, professional, and straightforward.

Kind of surprised at the low ratings of this CVS. My prescriptions are done in a timely basis, the store staff and pharmacy staff are always pleasant and helpful, and the store itself always has what I need. They also follow COVID protocol and just gained a nice, new store expansion. They get busy sometimes, but considering the times, that's kinda to be expected. I have seen some very rude customers snap at staff for things that weren't their fault, which is an absolute shame. At any rate--good store! Very convenient for me.

Cvs care pass is by far one of the best memberships to have. $5 a month to get a $10 coupon that is good on anything they sell! Brilliant.

Every since we moved to Georgia, this CVS pharmacy has taken great care of my father. He now lives with me. Because he has such an awesome rapport with the Pharmacists and staff, I can’t see my felt changing to location that’s less than 5 minutes away.

Been using this pharmacy for over 10 years & never had a problem. Yes sometimes thing happen & mistakes are made but the pharmacy staff has always been gracious & corrected any mistake in a timely manner. I don't understand all the comments about them being rude.

I had to make an emergency run to this location about 10 minutes before they closed for my elderly father. Stephen was extremely helpful with his advice about which product I would need and how much was spot on. It was a great experience.

The staff in the pharmacy and the minute clinic are the best! I was having issues with getting medication through Walgreens and once I switched to CVS, it was like a different world! They were professional, informative, and friendly.
