Bluegrass Retreat Nail Salon and Day Spa

Lindsay absolutely killed it. I told her I had eczema on my hands and getting my nails done always triggers it so she was super gentle and took her time removing my previous sns. Not only that but there is not a single imperfection in my nails. She absolutely killed it and I will be asking for her every single time. Yes this salon is more expensive, however you absolutely get what you pay for. My pedicure tech was also super detail oriented and took her time to make sure I had a luxurious experience. I’m tired of trying other salons just because they’re cheaper. This salon is worth the money just go!

I drive 45 minutes for Wendy to do my nails, and they look great every single time. I cannot recommend her enough for natural (thin—not thick!) looking acrylics. I come in with some weird ideas and she always makes them happen.

Tom is the best! I love the look of chrome and gold leaf & was struggling last year to find someone who could do it well. Someone recommended Tom at Bluegrass Retreat and he nailed it! (Accidental pun.) Anytime I come to him with a concept he always executes it flawlessly. Also, his wife Anna always does a great job with my pedicures. I won’t go to anyone else!

I’ve been exclusively been going to Blue Grass Retreat for about three years now. The atmosphere is clean and relaxing, and the staff is very talented and professional. I see Tony for SNS and he always does a phenomenal job at executing the design I want and provides great color recommendations. These are three weeks old and still holding up great. Highly recommend Tony and this salon!

GO SEE TOM! I've been getting my nails done for years and Tom at bluegrass retreat gave me one of the best manicures I've ever had! All of the staff up front were extremely kind and accommodating and the venue itself is beautiful. If you're able to get in with Tom as your technician definitely do; he is wonderful!

I have been getting SNS manicures and getting pedicures, for years. This location is not only beautiful, but it is also clean, the staff is extremely friendly, and all of their techs are well trained and professional. I recently began getting gel pedicures and my mani/pedis have lasted a full two weeks every time without chipping. Even though they are located in Alpharetta, and I live a full 30+ minutes away, I love this location so much I make the drive from Buckhead twice a month because Amanda and Amy at this location are just that talented, and the spa is truly that nice. It’s a slightly pricier than other salons, but you really do get what you pay for at this location, and it’s worth the commute and the price. They are easy to book appointments with over the phone, and the staff is kind if you need to move your appointment due to conflicts in your schedule. They have more color options for gel and SNS than any other salon, and very talented techs who can provide intricate designs. They learn your name, and your preferences for drink and services. They will often have your chair ready and waiting for you upon arrival, too. Overall, always guaranteed to be an extremely relaxing and pleasant experience. Highly recommend trying, you won’t be disappointed!!

The PERFECT nail spot. Mila helped me right away and recreated the french chrome tip wayy better than the inspo picture. Fast service as well!

I have been going to Wendy for over 2 years now and I will never go to anyone else! The best service and atmosphere in town! Cannot recommend Wendy enough.

Love Bluegrass! Been coming to them for a couple years now and this new location is great. Plenty of parking, space, and its gorgeous inside. They not only do a great job but also serve complimentary champagne as well! Highly recommend.

This is the BEST nail salon in Alpharetta & Milton! I've been coming here for the last 6 months & so happy to have found them. Super clean, friendly, professional & always consistent with great service. Joline gives the best pedicures...she pays attention to details & never rush to get to the "next person". I've NEVER had pedicures like this...& trust me, I've had me fair share of pedicures. Tom does great manicures & fun nail designs! You won't be disappointed, book it!

This nail salon/day spa has a relaxing environment and a high end feel. Two friends and I went as our annual holiday girls outing and we're able to book chairs in their semi-private back room to get our nails done. The room was lovely, we were able to share while getting our nails done, and the service was impeccable. We left with fabulous looking nails and having had an enjoyable afternoon.

Tom is so talented at doing nail art and just the kindest person, and Anna has the magic touch when it comes to pedicures and massage. The best pedicure experience I've had in Alpharetta. You don't feel rushed and they do amazing work. They offer champagne, soda, or water and even gave me a heated neck wrap that melted away the tension in my shoulders during my service. I felt light as a feather when I left there, worth every penny! Ask for Kim, she's amazing!!!

I really enjoy the atmosphere.. my nail tech is amazing and she always does a great job. It's close to the house and great place for self-care day! Every time I am out I get complemented on my nails! Tina is the bomb..😅🥰

I heard there was a new nail salon in the area. I've tried a bunch of nail salons in the area and haven't found my place yet. After trying Bluegrass I think this is it.
It's gorgeous and very spacious. I was welcomed upon arrival. Offered a beverage and they asked if I wanted a aromatherapy wrap for my neck. I opted for a fruit infused water and the organic pedicure. The lotions and scrubs were brought over on a little silver tray with great flowers. Rose petals were also added to my foot bath. Nice touch! My pedicure was perfect, very relaxing, great foot and leg massage. They really took their time. I would highly recommend Bluegrass Retreat.

My team were awesome , especially Lena ! She is amazing! The best pedicure master I ever tried! He is very professional, cheerful, respectful, knowledgeable! All and beyond!!! Will highly recommend her and nail salon to my friends and family!

Owner worked me in at the last minute at the end of their work day. Everyone is kind, professional and this is a top notch salon! Second time in after recently moving to the area. A little higher end but, you get what you pay for and this self care to me is important. Environment is beautiful and Tony and Rebecca were wonderful and I will ask for them each time. Also, you can tell the employees are treated well, because they all are happy and want to provide great service. Additionally, all speak very good English, which is helpful.

I found my go-to SNS nail tech here! I just had Tom do ombré nails and he did fantastic!
For the longest, I stuck to gel manicures bc I hated the drill!!! Everyone I’ve gone to in the past, has always somehow nipped a little too close to my skin with the drill. Tom was gentle and careful. He was professional and did his work diligently. I appreciate a quiet and relaxing atmosphere (AKA no talking or no rushy vibes) and I experienced just that here at bluegrass retreat.
