I recently started using this pharmacy location. They have always been helpful in explaining prescriptions, decently quick and I’ve never had to wait an inordinate amount of time for a medicine to be ready. The women who helped me today was extremely friendly and a bright spot in the overcast day.

Special thank to Store Manager Janeka and the team lead manager red headed women apologetically I missed her name but they went above a beyond to help me sort out being over charged during my transaction. It took about an hour but they were kind and patient and got the job done! People normally write reviews when something bad but don’t when something good. So hear one! Thanks again!

The staff here are friendly. I don't care for how they are pushing self checkout, but that's not their fault. Clean store, good pharmacists.

These pharmacists work so hard and they are so under staffed. They are excellent and know what they are doing.

I would like to start by saying the young man who works in the front named Jacob was incredibly helpful. He demonstrated excellence in customer service in February when I shopped there. I certainly appreciate him. I had boycotted this CVS because of a problem that I had with the pharmacist. I had a puppy that was incredibly ill and I needed a syringe to give it, its medicine. When I asked for a syringe she told me it was illegal for her to give me one. Shortly thereafter, I told one of my friends what happened. She went and spoke with the same Indian pharmacist and received one. I would hate to say that the pharmacist was discriminating against me because I was black. So many Indians who come here don't like black people and don't give them the same level of customer service. But I couldn't think of any other difference between me and my white friend.

They’ve lost two of my access point packages even though I have proof it was delivered. The staff aren’t trained on checking ID before package handoff or scanning the package to say it was delivered to the correct customer with their signature. So either they handed it off to the wrong person due to lack of proper protocol for access point deliveries or an employee stole it. One of the packages I sent there was also opened. So it either came like that, which is bizarre because all my items were in there, or an employee was checking it out for themselves to steal but didn’t want anything.

Sadly, every time we go to the CVS we wait in a long line. For some reason, they still do drive-in Covid testing in the same line in which we have to wait to pick up prescriptions.

The last time my husband went inside to pick up prescriptions I needed after being released from the hospital, the inside pharmacy was completely cordoned off. In addition, he was told that the medicine we were supposed to pick up was not there.

Today we arrived at 4:40 pm. They were approximately five cars in line ahead of us. It is now 5:27 pm, and we are the second car in line. I don’t even know if they actually have the medication that they texted me to come pick up.

The stress is unbelievable. Not safe if you need important medication quickly.

We will be switching pharmacies.

The CVS self checkout machines at my store rarely work. And I'm constantly having to track down the only employee in the store to assist me in checking out. This week the CVS coupons would not apply on any of their machines. A NEW employee finally had to hand key the coupon number to finally apply it to my charges. Self Checkout Machines plus lack of adequate employees is a disaster.

The workers in the pharmacy at this store make snails seem fast. Sometimes I find myself waiting in the drive thru line for half an hour at a time, finally getting so frustrated that I just end up leaving. Service is terrible. Every time I go to pick up my prescription, they never have my insurance on file. Mind you I frequent here several times a month. Worst pharmacy experience I have ever had, bar none.

Scheduled covid test online same-day and provided confirmation code/appointment to drive-thru pharamacy. Was told the confirmation code CVS sent me via email and text did not match the appointment on their computer. Not my issue and nurse was not available to assist. CVS has serious issues with their systems as this was the second location with issues.

This CVS pharmacy is the worst every time I go, which is rare. I had to get a covid test today and the female pharmacist handed me the test and completely walked away from the window. Wasn’t available to answer any questions, despite there being 3 pharmacists working. She is very rude if you don’t understand her, and this is not a one-time experience.

The staff is not trained, prepared and there is always nobody at the cashier. I always need to look for them in the store and take me more time to shop there! Also their stock is a poor one!

This is by far the worst CVS I have ever been to in my life. We have lived in this area for about eight years and every time I go into this place there is an issue. The staff is so rude and they act like you are bothering them to do their job. I was made to go to self check out because there was no one at the register and then, since I was buying medicine, it needed a manager key- so instead of helping me, the very first person in line - forced to use the self checkout- they decided to help people that came after me in line at the register! Unbelievable!
