This Goodyear on Northside is the very best to have your vehicle serviced. The staff is very professional and take their time to explain in detail the service that your vehicle needs. They do not pressure you to due anything that is not in your interest. Very honest, and the work done excellent. My go to place to have work done on my vehicle..

I pulled in this business to ask questions about my tire pressure. Marcus was Awesome! He gave attentive, friendly, and efficient service. These guys are great. I had went to the Dodge dealer a couple months ago to get my oil changed and was told that I needed new brakes and the drums resurfaced. I dropped off my truck this morning to get the brakes done, I get a call from the guys at DW Campbell of Atlanta stating that my truck does not need the brakes done at this time. These guys are amazing and showed a great deal of integrity. I will always bring my vehicles to these guys. I highly recommend them. They are always busy and now I see why, because their customers know a great business when they see one. Thanks guys!

The Best of service. My husband and I had to wait but it is worth the wait. If you want your car done right. I like the managers they do explain if your car or truck have other problems they come across. All the staff is very nice. THANK YOU! GOOD YEAR!

Being in Atlanta on business, I got a nail in the company car. With little time to spend in between trainings in a new city i had hoped this wouldn’t turn into a several hour issue after already dealing with getting the spare put on. I was greeted with professionalism and an eagerness to help with my situation. I was quite helpless being in a vehicle I’d never driven before and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. It may not always be the case but I was in and out in an hour and I was so grateful to have this issue handled before heading back out on the road.

Great customer service, got me right in for an oil change despite not having an appt. And they have a punch card with rewards which is the only Goodyear I’ve been to with that.

Friendly, informative, and quick staff. I had a tire that kept losing air. I went to this shop because of location convenience - Ended up being a great choice. They found a nail in the sidewall of my tire, showed me the damage, and put a new tire on in less than 45 minutes.

We had a blowout with no spare on 75N right before the exit and limped into the store 5 minutes before they closed. These absolute champions Ray and company held the door to replace our tire and got us home. Service with a conscience!

Went looking for new tires for my 1999 Jeep Sahara. Ray was very helpful and knowledgeable about the tires. I wanted a tire that's good in all seasons especially snow. I was looking for the tire that's on my Jeep which they no longer make. Ray explained the tire choices that would work. I wanted the Goodyear Trailrunner. It took Ray some time to find them since the district area didn't have any so Ray had to go to another district to get the tires. The tires costs $146.44.He will have them in 3 to 4 days

I will definitely return! Everyone here is very friendly, informative, and transparent ! Which is something i often worry about when i do anything pertaining to my car due to the “ woman not knowing anything about cars so let me run their bill “ stereotype lol

We are from out of town and got a flat tire near this location. Shannon Parsons and his team helped us out. They went above and beyond by letting us put our leftovers in their mini fridge so they wouldn't go bad. Got us out on the road and back home quickly. Great service!!!
