Such an amazing experience start to finish! I was super nervous to get lip filler for the first time, but Kim was so kind, reassuring and gentle that it made the process a breeze. Meghan was in the room assisting Kim and was able to keep me feeling calm and comfortable. The cherry on top is that my lips look stunning! Thanks, ladies!

Both times that I have been to this wonderful med spa I have been treated like gold. Even though you are supposed to go and get your Botox updated every 3-4 months they didn’t blink an eye or try to push me to come more when I said I usually only get it 1-2 times a year. They gently suggest products or methods but again are not over the top with it so you don’t feel guilty declining. This has made me feel more comfortable to keep coming back. The best Med Spa in Alpharetta! Youthtopia is fantastic, and Kelly is simply the best there is! She’s so sweet, thorough, knowledgeable, and the only person I trust with my very sensitive skin. I leave glowing every single time because Kelly does such an incredible job, and she even helps educate me about the best products and treatments to meet my evolving needs as the weather changes and my skin changes. And she does this not to just push a product for the sake of making a sale, but because she absolutely knows what she’s talking about and she cares about making you look and feel your best! I usually come to Youthtopia to get Botox and I’ve gotten Juvederm a couple of times as well. Kendra is my injector and she is great. She takes the time to make sure you’re getting exactly what you want and helps you decide what to get for the results you’re looking for. I’ve also gotten a facial here which was super relaxing. I would recommend Youthtopia 10/10.

I recently had Botox done with Jen with ZERO bruising I was so excited! Jen is fabulous, very knowledgeable, gentle and absolutely adorable! I love Youthtopia Med Spa! When you walk in they have a complimentary coffee bar set up that also has wine! All of the staff is super friendly and the injectors are highly experienced! Definitely recommend this med spa compared to others in the area

Finally was able to get my Sofwave done after many many months of stewing on it. If you’re like me you can typically deal with pain, although this was way more than i expected. The level of comfort and service i received was beyond over the top. Angela distracted me and comforted me through the entire procedure. I cannot wait to see the results from it. I left feeling very good about myself even though i cried like a baby at times, i left with a smile. The things we do, right? I love everyone at youthtopia, each one of them has treated me with kindness and respect every single time! But today i needed that warmth and compassion i received from Angela!!!
