Comfort Suites Harvey - New Orleans West

Front desk went out of their way to take care of me and my quirky needs. Rooms are beautiful and super clean. Super comfy beds!!!! Price is very competitive with hotels in the area that are not anywhere near as nice. Room and bathroom extremely spacious.

I just loved staying here.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had a small issue with the cable, and I was promptly helped by the manager. The rooms are clean & the bed is so comfortable!!! I didn't want to leave! I'll definitely be staying here when back in town!!

This place is excellent. The staff the GM has put together is awesome! Torey has gone above and beyond for customer service. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The entire staff is so friendly and accommodating. I would recommend to anyone visiting New Orleans.

everything was perfect. Was greeted by a very warm kind manager who helped us in so many ways much more than just a hotel stay. We appreciate all that this hotel offers. The employees were wonderful. I will stay there again one day soon sometime in the near future

I liked this hotel and one of the front desk ladies, colleen, the red head was awesome with helping us with anything we needed! So were the guys who own it! Wed would come back! I like how the Location was kinda ducked off on a side street.

From the moment I walked through the door , the manager was incredible. The fact that I walked in a day earlier than my reservation and I was promptly put into a room. The room was really nice and clean and there's no doubt I would absolutely go back.

The front desk and breakfast were great. The rooms were tidy. None of the ice makers worked but other than that was worth not having to pay for parking in downtown 😂

I was there traveling with my aau basketball team and I must say Ray at the front desk did an awesome job making sure that our stay was pleasant. We will definitely be back in the future. Thank you Ray for all of your help

If you hold more than 1 or 2 room let them know others will pay for there room. Or they will add it to your bill. Other wise the motel was great and order 3 cabs to take us to the ship. And then they let us leave our car there and call the cabs to bring us back to the motel to get our cars.

This has now become my go to hotel when in the New Orleans area. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and mattress is heavenly. Not to mention Coupland's is across the street which is a bonus to get to eat there.

My wife and I stayed here for (1) night. No complaints. Free wi-fi, cable TV (with a very decent channel selection), personal A/C unit, and comfortable bed. Oh and free continental breakfast!

The service was worth the whole trip. Good breakfast. Close to shopping. Easy access.

The assistantgeneral manager Curishel Smith was a life saver. The other staff members Ernisha, Dajanell, Melissa, and Keisha were awesome as well. I had the pleasure of staying here for almost 3 weeks while working and these ladies made my time feel like a vacation. If I owned a hotel, these ladies would definitelybe my 1st Choice for staff members. When I visit New Orleans again, I will only!! stay at this location.

Hotel is very nice with a very nice restaurant next door for some Orleans cuisine. Stayed here before a cruise. Very nice staff at check-in. Was very helpful with information about the area.

The nicest comfort suites ive been in. Stay was professional room was very comfortable, clean and equivalent to staybridge suites, or courtyard marriott.

Loved it there. Our handicapped room was better than ever. Great service and breakfast. I highly recommend it!
