Hampton Inn & Suites Harvey/New Orleans West Bank

This motel was right near perfect. The only flaw is, if you're not familiar with the area, you can easily drive by it, which we did.

The ENTIRE staff was friendly, accommodating and busy. Rooms were well kept, tidy and we'll organized. The whole building was quiet and relaxing.

Should we be in town again, I would absolutely consider staying again without hesitation.

This Hampton is nearly identical to so many other Hamptons. What differs is the front counter staff seem to be nicer and more agreeable and more helpful that all the other ones I've been at. The free breakfast is just like all the others - so so at best. But I give it a five for a nice staff who pay attention to the details. Like putting fresh coffee out in the evening. And if you time it right freshly made cookies in the lobby. I do wish that little bit more sound proofing between floors. Only way to deal with that is to get the top floor. If Hampton inns really want to takes up a notch... Make nicer breakfasts and do better than your competitors

A VERY comfortable Hampton Inn, with one of the finest, attentive, hospitable and welcoming staff I've encountered at any Hilton property. Ashanti at the reception desk went above and beyond to help us with a couple minor issues...she's awesome and so personable! Really, the entire staff was like that. The location of the hotel is fine itself, well lit and safe, it's the main road off which it's located which can be problematic...fast/heavy traffic throughout the day. Making your way back to the West Bank Freeway and into NOLA can be a pain due to traffic...but the hotel can't help that! Highly recommended Hampton Inn!

OMGGGG, we absolutely LOVEEEDDD our stay here. This hotel was so quiet and quaint. And this hotel is clean. And the customer service is top tier. Everyone was pleasant and so nice. From check in, to the continental breakfast to check out, everyone was so nice and helpful. It's rare you go to a hotel and everyone is so nice and pleasant.

Okay, so the room. Ahhhh, the room was sooooo spacious. We got a King Suite, and it was absolutely perfect. It has so much room and you could just move freely in the room. And the TV, ahhhh, it was a nice TV. You can tell this hotel is in the process of being renovated/updated, but that didn't stop anything. The bathroom was amazing and spacious. And the shower was amazingggggg!!!!! They have a pump for shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

The continental breakfast. I loveeeeeee the continental breakfast. Let me tell you about tjos breakfast, it has just the right amount of food. It's perfect and it's honestly THE BEST continental breakfast I've ever had. They have grits y'all, grits, ahhhh!!!! I have to say that was the best part about the continental breakfast. They also have omelets, sausage, potatoes, a waffle maker, bagels, toast, muffins, yogurt, oatmeal, cereal, coffee, and juice. It was soooo good and sooooo fresh. People are constantly checking on things and filling things up as need be.

Overall, 10/10, definitely recommend. Yes, it's a little pricey, but I feel like I got what I paid for. The room was super spacious, the bed was absolutely perfect and comfy, the pillows were so soft, like the room was perfect. The continental breakfast was perfect. And it was in a good area, I'll take it!! We will definitely return and will be staying here from now on, when we come to New Orleans.

The hotel was nice clean and quite. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
I was there for 3 nights and I didn’t want to come home because they were so friendly.
The only problem we had was the pool was ice cold. But other than that it was a great stay

This is was my second time at this location and it didn’t disappoint! The rooms are alway clean and smell like baby powder, definitely a plus. Great location, friendly staff and good seasoned breakfast especially on Sunday! 10/10

The area for the doggies to use the potty at is a little creepy back in the corner of the lot..but we traveled in a pack..so no worries

Beautifully well maintained and comfortable rooms with awesome customer service from the front desk. The breakfast is typically average with some eggs, waffle, potatoes, biscuits and grits with drinks such as flavored water, juice and coffee. Plenty of free parking around.

The beds, linens and overall comfort at the hotel was 10/10. I would definitely stay back. And, if you forget any of your toiletries, just ping the help desk and they will provide you with your needs.

I would like to thank the amazing staff of this hotel, specially the manager and Sue. Originally I had issue with the noises coming from upper level and next door neighbors because of thin walls. They did all they could to resolve the issue. Very friendly staff. There was some items missing in the room and the quickly provided. Thank you and I will be back again. I changed my review to 5-Star because of the good management and they way she played a great role in keep the customers happy and the business running.

I picked to stay here because it was a little outside the "party area".

The front desk employee was kind and very helpful, giving detailed information on the location and distance to local restaurants and other attractions. Morning and night, she was always smiling and welcoming.

The breakfast staff was amazing. The food was delicious and very versatile. The kitchen/ sitting area was clean, and the food was always stocked. Everything was very delicious.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, showers worked well.

The only thing is that this location is a little tricky.
The hotel is off a main street and down a dead-end street(5th street). On both sides,there are other businesses that make finding the entrance into the hotel (5th street) a little tricky. It's a small steet sign. My one Uber diver missed it. The hotel should look into putting up a bigger sign on the main street or something.

I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and nice. Even the over night staff was very nice and friendly. I did breakfast every morning at 6:00am and the was met with a friendly and heartwarming "good morning" every morning. It was during the Essence fest and I believe one of the young ladies actually attended the Janet Jackson concert the night before. It didn't let out until almost 1am. Then for her to have to turn around and be back to the hotel just a few hours later to make sure the breakfast was ready to go for 6am was amazing. She may have been tired but was still really pleasant.

The hotel was really clean and my room was too. Over all I enjoyed my stay and had a great time. I will stay there again.

The front desk staff were very kind, they gave us water when we arrived. The next morning, they had a good breakfast, and they even had a Togo bag with breakfast for the people who didn't have time to eat before they left. The rooms were very clean.

Kewanda(sorry if spelled wrong) at the front desk is phenomenal! She took great care of us and was knowledgeable about the area. The room was clean and the TV was huge. I highly recommend staying if you need to be in the area.

Clean comfortable friendly great rates great service

Me and my family came to celebrate my daughter's 5th birthday and we stayed the entire weekend. From the beginning of our visit the staff was super nice and made sure we got everything we wanted. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were firm but comfortable and clean. Plus the air conditioning worked perfectly cause I love it cold.

Great stay for one night. My kids and I came to Nola with no plans to stay and ended up staying a night! This hotel was great and extremely close to everything (Walmart, target, restaurants)….!! The breakfast was also hot and plentiful! The morning desk clerk was friendly and made sure to ask how things were going! I’ll definitely stay here again in the future !

The hotel is clean. We arrived at 2:00 a.m and had to call the concierge. He was prompt, kind and very professional. We enjoyed the breakfast, with a wide variety of choices of hot and/or cold offerings. The room in the top floor was very quiet and the beds in our room very comfortable. The rooms are spacious and ours had a microwave and a refrigerator (very convenient) When we come back I would definitely stay here again, excellent for the price!

Although I would've preferred better breakfast, the hotel overall was comfy and cozy! Very clean and contemporary aesthetically. I plan go return to New Orleans after the first of the year and will definitely stay here. Location was convenient and close to restaurants and highway. I was very pleased with my stay. Oh and the staff was nice too.

Such a fantastic stay! Rooms are super clean! Beds are comfortable and sheets smelled so fresh and clean! Rooms are spacious and cozy! Quiet property and very friendly staff!!
