Holiday Inn New Orleans West Bank Tower, an IHG Hotel

I was unsure of getting a hotel in New Orleans. But when I drove up, all of my fears went away. I felt welcomed and secure. Customer service was great. Steven was always courteous and assisted me whenever possible. The restaurant in house was good. I ordered the firecracker shrimp and grilled sirloin salad. EXCELLENT!!

I'm here for work and it's nice having a clean place with onsite food. The shower is excellent and the water is HOT!! Morgan has reached out several times to ensure my stay is excellent! Top notch service and other areas could learn how to up their hospitality game from this staff!

The hotel is perfectly located and has easy access to many different cities. The roads do make it a little difficult to get too but I would highly recommend this hotel. The staff were nothing but wonderful during my whole stay. They were willing to accommodate to my needs. If I ever come back, I would definitely stay here.

A beautiful view of the city and a gorgeous sunrise. The staff is incredible and so very accommodating. Dinner in the Roundhouse Restaurant attached to the hotel was delicious and affordable. I will definitely be back!

This was a great experience for my boyfriend and I. We came for a wedding and had the best stay. Dana who worked the breakfast was so sweet and helpful! The room was clean and the mattress was very comfy. The food was super yummy as well. I’d definitely come back!

I was in a bind at 2 am and needed to get out of my apartment ASAP. I made a reservation on the phone and drove over to this hotel to check in. The front desk agent (she said she is the front desk manager) was absolutely amazing. I was having a horrible night and she turned it around. She really treated me like family. Unfortunately I do not remember her name, but I stayed from 5/22-5/23 if that helps identify her. Anyways, she was absolutely the best experience I've had with a front desk agent and I stay at all IHG hotels only. She gave me advice and genuinely cared about my situation. I was very disheveled after the night I had and she gave me water and got me checked in with care. She was warm and lovely to work with, she really put me at ease. I can't speak highly enough of her and I'm sorry I don't remember her name.
The bathroom was immaculately clean, the room was clean as well. A bit of a damp smell but this is new orleans so that's to be expected. Had some trouble with keys not working for the first room so she got me a new room right away and had me call her to confirm I made it to the room ok. Knowing I was checking in around 2-3 am she gave me a later checkout so I could sleep an extra hour without me even asking. Just excellent service all around. She is a gem who treated me like family and I really appreciate her! I've never had a bad experience with IHG but this one is definitely one of the best I've had! Thank you so much for your kindness! I hope this gets back to her!

This hotel was top tier! Keia was our primary representative at the front desk and she went above and beyond to help ensure our stay and cruise plans went off without issue. The entire staff was beyond kind and helpful to our whole party (there was a lot of us). The rooms were so clean, updated, and affordable! Housekeeping provided everything we asked for with a smile. We needed batteries for our remote and maintenance came within minutes with a new one. We tried to not require a lot but they still made us fee like any request was a nonissue. They really know how to treat a guest at this place and I can’t wait to stay again!

Lovely, clean room. Friendly staff. No telephone in the newly remodeled room. I assume it was a cost cutting effort since we all have cell phones now. Did not have a brochure in the room for local information or how to dial the front desk. That would have been helpful. Just across the river from everything! Plenty of parking.

I've been coming to this Holiday inn for 3yrs, and I love this hotel to death. The location is awesome, right next to the expressway. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the view of Gretna is nice. I always come here when I visit family, I highly recommend this place.

Brennia was very sweet and welcoming. She also helpful whenever we had question. I misplaced my key twice and she very nice about replacing the key. My room was very clean. I will definitely book here again.

The staff here had very and bright and positive attitudes. Very helpful. The room was clean, and they were sure to clean it appropriately every day we were there. Kids eat free with adults for the breakfast buffet. My little boy very much enjoyed that. The little shop next to front desk had everything we needed from Advil to water and snacks. With no rental car it was very handy to have this feature. We really enjoyed our stay here. The only thing I'd say about it is the outdoor pool isnt very handy in cooler months. We would have adored an indoor pool.

The hotel was average, but the staff definitely makes it 5 stars. No complaints the rooms were nice and clean and beds were comfortable. The receptionist at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend visiting the restaurant/bar. Our drinks were made perfectly and the food was good, but I'd go back for the great conversation with the bartender. Just all around great people working here!

The AC didn't work in my room, but my anxiety kept me from saying anything, although the staff was very friendly. We left our car in the lot while on our cruise and it was safe and sound when we got back.

Nice big room, seemed clean, good furnishings. The restaurant was a little subpar particularly the breakfast (it would have been great if included, but was pricey for what we got) although dinner there was fine.

Nice rooms, comfy beds, great staff. Lots of parking.

I had a great time here! The front desk staff was really nice and we even got a free dessert at the hotel restaurant. Our room had a nice view of the city and was very clean. Side note but still important: THEIR BEDS ARE SO COMFY. I have back issues and slept pain free in their bed. I seriously need to find out what they use.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly not only during check-in, but during our entire stay. The freshly baked cookies at the front desk are a plus! There is a bar / restaurant attached to the hotel which is very convenient. You also have the option to pick up or have room service delivered for an extra 18%. There is also a small store inside the lobby to get things you may need / want during your stay. Our room was excellent! The water pressure was good and the hot water stayed hot for as long as you needed. My only complaint about the entire room would be that the soap holders looked outdated. The bed and the pillows were comfortable and each morning, we had a newspaper delivered. Overall this hotel was awesome and was in a good location. The surround neighborhoods don’t seem to be too bad. It’s right over the Mississippi River and there is a mall right across the road and a neighborhood Walmart right down the road if you need any last minute items. Highly recommend this hotel.
