Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Jasper

We have visited several Microtel Inn in the past...this is the BEST visit we have ever had. Started with our encounter at the counter. Very pleasant tall young man was very helpful. We were given the best room for our needs. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The morning was started with a continental breakfast. Rebecca was so helpful to assist me with needs we encountered. I hope that you will consider this place for all your visits to Jasper,GA. In the future.

Stayed for 2 days last weekend and all of the girls at the front desk were super sweet and helpful I enjoyed my stay. I was up there for a wedding at the Tate House so there were several other families staying there and we had to switch some rooms around and they went out of their way to accommodate us. My room was very clean so kudos to whomever does that.

A friend and I stayed here Saturday night (10-1-22) and everything was great! The beds and pillows were both comfortable and the rooms were well maintained.

There were a couple of cons but nothing that would prevent me from staying there again. My biggest issue was that the room didn't have a mini fridge. The price of the room for one night was a bit high to not have one included. Thankfully we had a large cooler and we used it in our room to keep our drinks cold and our food from ruining.

The absence of the fridge isn't a deal breaker and other than that we had zero issues. The staff were all VERY courteous and were always available and ready to assist.

By the way, don't let our fridge issue influence your decision whether or not to stay because they DO have rooms that have a fridge. The lady in the room next to ours showed us the mini fridge in her room and she said that she requested one. We found this out as we were taking our luggage to the vehicle, so a bit too late. So be certain to request a room with one if it's something you need!

Looking forward to my next trip to Jasper, Georgia and will definitely be staying at here again!

Last weekend we stayed at the Omni in DC. This place had less issues than our room there! In fact, there’s absolutely nothing I could complain about regarding this stay. The late night concierge was friendly and informative (Donna? I think?), the workers seemed cheery in the morning, and the place was quiet and perfectly comfortable for a small suite. Basic amenities, nothing fancy, but it’d be nice if every stay was as pleasant as this one.

I would like to compliment Leah (PM check-in) and Sklyer (AM check-out) for service that extended beyond cordial, but they went out of their way to engage me and make sure my stay was great, and it was!

Props to housekeeping for not pounding on the door at 10am so I could relax.

Only knock I have is that for this price point, there should be a hot breakfast available included, not some muffin and packaged waffle with a microwave. Company CAN do better on this. But will they?

Overall 4.8 stars with the service and friendliness being the driver.

I will be back if ever in the area.

Sophie is Great. She has a great personality and Great customer service. She's friendly and helpful and goes above and beyond to make sure her customers have the best stay. Everything was Great.

From the moment I called, the lady at the desk(Rebecca?) was amazing. We had planned on camping, but literally, last minute, I called to see if they had a room available...they did...my family and I arrived within 10 minutes of calling and she was so helpful...even the ladies doing housekeeping were cheerful and friendly. We stayed 2 nights and will definitely be staying again next year! Very clean and very quiet!

The nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and even upgraded our room due to an issue with another room. It really is the people that make the biggest differences!

Room was clean. Everything was well maintained. It was a nice basic hotel room (nothing extravagant). It was slightly off the main road so noise was minimal. We got in late and checked out early but I would definitely stay there again if I was in the area.

Was here for two nights in a deluxe room - had a bar sink, fridge, and microwave. The room looked and smelled fresh and clean. Good price. Breakfast was nothing fancy but is included with a night's stay. Would definitely stay here again.

My room was very clean, to the point of the Hampton inns I've stayed at in the past seem like dumps. waffles were good too. Enjoyed the stay.

We were in town for the medical center...I had read the reviews on how helpful and accommodating the staff was. They did not disappoint. They extended the stay on one of our rooms at the very last minute. They truly did treat everyone like a member of their family. I highly recommend to any one for extended stay!

Great property that is well taken care of. Wonderful service at the counter both coming in and when I left.
Nice breakfast set up which was available early and stocked throughout the morning.

Would definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

This was one of the better places I've stayed, for the price. Very clean, very nice and accommodating staff, there were quite a few homeless people around but they seemed like nice honest people and it's a pretty safe location. Would recommend if in Jasper, best one there.

Very clean and accommodating! We didn't actually stay the night, just needed the room to get a group of cheerleaders ready, so can't speak of the beds as in how the slept, but cleanliness and convenience to the hwy were great!

Better experience than you local guide " Terry " bellow. Can't believe complaint about been too cold. Incredible, if it was too hot it would of been anther complaint. Obviously dose travel much like I do. Place is great, and clean. Carrie at the front desk is very nice and knowledgeable. Who cares if you have to ask for soap or shampoo. Most people still it any ways that is why some gave a low review here , probably because they take it home.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, every time I staid at the hotel. The hotel was originally recommend to me by a friend and I have been coming here ever since for a year now. The room's that I have been in have always been well taken care of and cleaned just like the rest of the hotel. I enjoy this hotel and plan on coming back again

What a treat to be in Jasper and have a beautiful Microtel hotel near by.
The staff is friendly and neighborly. The morning breakfast was great! And 24/7 hot coffee, tea and juice...commentary.
The wi fi works really great and its also very quiet. Way to go Wyndham!!!
Let's not forget the family of cats that adopt you as soon as you get out of your car...

I am impressed by this hotel !!! Very clean and bedsheet smells clean and fresh . Everything is organized and the staffs are friendly. Breakfast is good too ! Compare to the other same price hotels, I would like to thank them for the amazing job !

Great place. Quiet, safe, clean, comfortable bed, good Internet service, and free long distance phone calls. Megan the desk clerk was excellent as well as Anna the Property Manager. Would stay again in a heartbeat!
