We rented 2 cabins and stayed a few nights during Thanksgiving with a family of 8. The cabins were clean and cozy. The little kitchenette was perfect and well stocked. We were so glad not to have to stay in a stuffy hotel. This place was quiet and charming. We found a puzzle that was provided our last night and put it together as a family. Lots of memories were made especially with the farm animals. The hosts were fantastic and we highly recommend Gingershack while vacationing in Ellijay!

The setting is beautiful and peaceful, and the cabin was updated and comfortable. We stayed there for a wedding and didn't want to leave! The charming hosts went out of their way to be helpful to us. Thank you Gingershack Farms!

Gingershack Farms is amazing! The location is beautiful and there is so much to do in the area. At the end of the day, coming home to a beautiful and well kept luxury cabin was just what we needed. The owners are so kind and welcoming. Really unique and wonderful experience!

Gingershack Farms truly is a gem! Set away from everything on a long dirt road, it’s quiet, peaceful and private. The owners were wonderful and welcoming (it’s obvious how much they enjoy gardening and their animals; we learned so much about both during our short stay). We loved the goats, chickens and the bunnies. The cabin was clean, tastefully decorated and comfy. There were so many special touches throughout that made everything even cozier. A cute bee blanket draped across the chair in the living room, whimsical cork coasters, homemade soaps (Blue Spruce Soaps) and a baggie of things to do in the area. We will definitely be back! Thank you for a wonderful end to our spring break vacation – one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed!

We had an amazing time at Gingershack farms! The cabins are comfortable, clean, and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect and the hosts are warm and welcoming. They greeted us when we arrived, and showed our son the many animals in the farm. We enjoyed the campfires and had a great time making smores. Russ went above and beyond when I took a wrong turn and ended up getting my car stuck in the mud. He left his home at night, and drove his truck in the rain to help me recover the car from the side of the road. We are very thankful for an amazing stay and look forward to visiting again!

Absolutely amazing. The host built for this. Just a couple highlights.
- Purified water through the faucets
- Adjustable beds
- Open floor plans for accessible environment
-Super clean

I could talk about the fireflies, the farm animals, trails nearby etc.... You have to see it for yourself.

Definitely will highly recommend and comeback again. The owners did a great job building this place to share . It's nestled in the midwooded area where you can enjoy the tranquility of nature. The location is very convenient to
attractions of Elijay. The owners are very welcoming and easy to deal with. We really enjoyed our stay.

Amazing experience. Russ went out of his way to ensure our large trailer got through the narrow roads leading up to the farm without a scratch. Not only was the hospitality above and beyond, but the atmosphere at the farm was perfect. Our cabin was beautiful and clean and the farm added an extra layer of fun. Our kids made friends with an adorable mini goat named William!
