We had an amazing trip! Traveling with 3 children can be difficult. The team at Timberline made this a dream. We added corn hole, the black stone grill and the kids surpise boxes. Bathrooms were clean, the campground was well kept and the tents were TOO CUTE! I appreciated the mini-split for heat during the cool nights and the a/c fans during the days that are starting to get warmer. Also, that there were plenty of trash receptacles near our tent. There was much more in the park to do than I realized. We ran out of time to do the ax throwing & shooting! Great reason to book another trip :) THANK YOU for an amazing weekend with our children and best friends.

Timberline made our stay special! We love camping and spending time outdoors, but “glamping” in these tents is like staying in an on site hotel with amenities! The queen beds in the Double Safari site were very comfortable, and Timberline set up two additional twin beds for our daughters to sleep on. It was chilly in Amicalola Falls State Park on the first night we stayed, but these tents have heat (and AC for warmer weather!) so we were always comfortable. There’s also a fridge and a keurig coffee maker. We awoke each morning early to the sounds of the many birds in the area and sat in the chilly air on the porch area to drink coffee and read a book. We grilled several times on the charcoal grill provided and made fires at night in the fire pit to roast marshmallows for s’mores and to tell stories. Timberline will even have firewood and starters delivered to your campsite before your arrival for a small fee, so we didn’t even have to worry about getting our own. They also have little glamper kits for the kids with binoculars, a scavenger hunt, and stickers (again for a small fee). Our kids definitely enjoyed that as well. We hiked one of the trails in the park and went to see the top of the falls. The area is well kept and very scenic. We will absolutely be booking another weekend with Timberline, just not sure which park we will go to next!

First time glamping (Safari #6) and I loved every minute of it. Check in was easy, the site was nice and clean. It did rain the whole time so it was hard to keep the fire going but we made it work. Overall 10/10 and I will definitely be back.

Our Timberline Glamping experience was AMAZING! We stayed in a Deluxe Safari tent and had plenty of space with 4 adults and 2 young kids. We enjoyed having a covered “back deck” on the deluxe tent, especially because it rained out last night. There was no moisture in the tent the next morning after it had rained for over 12 hours. The beds were insanely comfortable (I think I slept better there than at my house when we got home!). The amenities for glamping were amazing. The ac/heat kept the tent comfortable all night. The location at Amicalola is perfect too. We enjoyed hiking up to the falls and exploring the park. Book the trip…you won’t regret it!

This was our first time glamping and we loved it. We stayed in the deluxe tent site number 6. The location, the tent, the beds, everything was amazing. The tent was immaculate and had a diffuser going when we arrived. We had our own little deck and backyard area with a grill and firepit. Below in the woods were two hammocks where my daughter spend most of her time reading. You can rent games from them which we did and loved. The quiet hours were enforced which I loved, so right at 10pm it got very quiet. The only negative was our neighbors. All of them were quiet and respectful except in site 7...this group had the foulest mouths I have ever heard and my kids were with us. The "f" word was used about every other word and they were not quiet about or cared who heard. Luckily they left the following morning so we only had to hear that one night. Other than that it was a fantastic trip and one we plan to do again. Thank you for the great memories.

As a family with a child or children this is a great place that I feel as though the owners literally thought of everything. Not only is it beautifully decorated but it is the best of both worlds of camping outdoors feel but some of the niceties from home are certainly provided. It was very clean and I loved the extras for outdoor family fun that they offered from firewood to games to s'mores. I feel they thought of most anything that would make people feel comfortable
I also love that it is family owned and I feel that shows Jeff and Sarah are amazing and I look forward to another family trip.

Besides someone smoking pot next to us, this place is and always will be a beautiful place, its almost like heaven on earth. Best during the fall because several farms open up, including a place where they make homemade apple pies! Its so beautiful to camp here, the bathrooms are sorta nasty but its to be expected for a shared bathroom. If your a city slicker I guess go for glamping but it isnt the same as actually setting up a tent and a camper/Rv. In the evenings the fog settles on the mountains and it looks magical.

I'm not a camper, but I love the outdoors. This girl needs a shower and a comfy bed. Timberline provides the best of both worlds. The tent is super neat. Mosquitoes love me and I didn't get a single bite. The bedding and linens are wonderful and super soft. They might be the best I've ever slept on. Their Rise and Roam coffee is good so make sure you buy extra ahead of time if you plan on staying a few nights. The staff is super responsive and they desire for your time with them to be excellent. We didn't pack food and found excellent local offerings on our day trip excursions.

Exceed our expectations! We arrived on a cold winter day. The temperature dipped below 40F. But the host communicated with us ahead of time to ensure the tent was warm (with the heaters on!) when we arrived. It's also spacious, clean and comfy! No more sleeping bags and air mattresses. The beds and beddings were nice and toasty too! Kids enjoyed the hammock and roasting marshmallows outside the tent. Will definitely visit again!

Loved everything about this and looking forward to trying more Timberline locations! Tent was SO clean and amenities exceeded our expectations - there was a terrible storm our second night and we didn't have a single issue. Woke up to limbs down and debris everywhere but tent was solid! Highly recommend!

Family of 4 on Spring break from Florida. It was a great experience! We stayed in site #5 and would love to come back. The tent was spacious, and very clean. Even though your "glamping" you are still surounded by nature and it was perfect. Temperatures dropped down to the 20's our second night and the heater and cozy blankets kept us warm. The host responded quickly to all of my questions and concerns. Exploring Amicalola falls was a fun experience too :) Highly recommend! *there was even wifi 🙌🏽

This was our first time using Timberline, and going glamping, and I have to say we will be coming back. We had an amazing time, beautiful scenery, beautiful tent, and wonderful company to work with. They are committed to full service. When we arrived at our site a chair was broken and they arrived in less then 20 minutes with two new chairs so that we could get the most of out of our experience. They have literally thought of everything in these tents. We will definitely be bringing the family back to enjoy this experience and make great memories, sooner then later!!!

We love Timberline! The glamping experience was amazing, from the temperature-controlled and perfectly decorated tent to the luxurious and super-comfy bed to the delicious complimentary morning coffee. Sleeping under the stars connected us with nature way more than any other lodging experience. We can’t recommend it enough!

Our family (children 6 & 3) had a wonderful time glamping at Amicalola! The accommodations were very comfortable, clean, and all the necessities provided! Being in such a beautiful setting with lots of activities helped keep us entertained but also provided the perfect setting to relax! We can't wait to come back again!

Super impressed with the presentation & setup of TG @ Amicalola! Arrived to our Rustic Chic Retreat with essential oils misting through the tent, AC nice an cold (and fan running). The space inside the tent is well thought out with attention to detail. The bed was comfortable and supportive with soft bedding. We added on Jenga, Ring Toss, a little Glamper Box, and wood bundle. Always super polite on the phone & superb customer service! I came to spend time with my son, and time stood still here. Thank you for setting the stage for lifelong memories!

We had a great time here. The tent is really nice. It rained in our last day and it was nice falling asleep to a thunderstorm outside. We will definitely be back.
