Walmart Supercenter

This has got to be the best Walmart in the north Georgia mountains - better than Blue Ridge and Ellijay as well as Murphy, NC. It was very clean, nice aisle width, and lots of things that we don't have in Blairsville.

Cashier named SARAH was super pleasant during my transaction at the register. As I was getting into my car, she came running across the parking lot at TopSpeed trying to give me a bag that she thought I had forgotten. But, it was not my bag. She was so kind to run out and try and find the person it belonged to. I thanked her and told her it was very rare for someone to go to that much effort. Most employees would’ve just said that the customer will be back for it or they are just out a product. Oh well.
Then, as I was pulling away in my car, she signaled to me that she had found the actual person the bag belonged to and was pumping & raising her arms above her head like she had just won a race..
It was awesome!
..so rare.

Easy grocery pick up. We also use the grocery delivery, which is always on time.

I like this store. Whatever you need. They most likely will have it. Good atmosphere.

We can do all of our shopping, from groceries to tires to oil changes!! We love our local Walmart!!

Worker NICK was excellent, very helpful with all my shopping needs.

The place is very clean and staff are helpful. And were RVing and stayed in the parking lot last night. We felt save the whole night. Others were staying around us in the lot too. Thank you Walmart for pervading a safe night.

Easy peasy. Smooth sailing pickup. Taylor was wonderful. She discovered one of my water bottles was leaking. She promptly brought me a new one.

Surprisingly, a very pleasant shopping experience. I was there to do some grocery shopping and found the produce to be extremely fresh with a large selection of fruits and vegetables. I make my own homemade dog food and like to use human grade meats and vegetables, I and found everything to be good quality and priced reasonably.

Great store, friendly employees. Can't beat grocery prices. Some items i need are never in stock.

The curbside pickup department of this Wal-Mart is atrocious. They will never answer the phone, no matter how many times you call. The mail box is always full so you can't leave them a message informing them you are there if you are there without the phone of the person who placed the order. You have to practically scream at the personal that are coming in and out just to get their attention to let them know you are there. Then you have to watch them cause if you don't they will throw your order into your car like they are throwing a sack of dirty laundry instead of possibly breakable items. The man who wears the huge pearl necklace and earrings is especially rude. 1 out of 10.

It's Walmart, the fiber of our consumer lives, need I say more?

I have to give 5 stars and a big thank you to one of the store managers, Brandi. With Covid taking its toll on staffing everywhere and naturally increasing pick up orders, when my husband went to pick up our order he was told they were behind. After an hour, I placed a call to the store, asked for a manager and politely inquired about the delay. Brandi was so polite and sweet, she acknowledged a staffing issue and went to the back of the store to see what she could do herself. It wasn’t 10 minutes and sweet Brandi brought the order out herself.

These are the times that we all need to be kind and patient with each other. I am really impressed with Brandi, the staff working so hard in a difficult situation.

The pickup station is top tier

Sorry..they did not have what I went for in stock....Self check out would not take cash. ....We found 1 SUPER employee here at the Jasper, Ga location. Her light was off...I had just went through a hospital stay and I had my 2 grand son's with me. This lady was cashier on isle # 8. I believe her name was Darlene. Short brown hair. middle age like myself. She was so nice. So patient. So helpful. SHE gets a 5 star rating from me.
