Amicalola Falls State Park & Lodge

It was amazing visiting the Amicalola Falls, I’m glad that I visited it in summer with a little bit rainy weather with overwhelming greenery and the waterfall direct from the sky.
Enjoyed a lot doing the zip line, I do recommend everyone go for the Level 3 of zip lining by which you can see the nature which you have never seen before from the height.

Enjoyed our stay at Amicalola Lodge. The staff is great- very helpful and friendly. Our room was nice- clean and updated. The views are spectacular from around the lodge. We enjoyed our breakfast in the restaurant before heading out for a hike to the falls. All in all a great location and experience. I recommend it and we'll be back when we can. Can't beat the location!

Amazing resort with breathtaking views of the mountains, a short walk from one of the seven wonders of the State of GA - Amicalola Falls, clean and modern rooms, wonderful restaurant with stunning views, plenty of hang out spots, a souvenir shop - it’s just an amazing place. Make sure to check out the front desk and the activities going on within the park - they can get you signed up for anything from a naturalist hike to learning to accurately throw an axe! Incredible place within an incredible place!

This place is amazing. Has a great lodge with a beautiful mountain view. The lodge was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Definitely worth every penny!

Lovely resort, knowledgeable and kind staff. Some parts of the park trails are under construction until April, it should be beautiful when its done. Parking is a little limited in the afternoon (top and middle of the falls), so try to get an early start.

The staff a very nice, rooms are clean. Their is a nice breakfast, lunch and dinner style buffet their that for Lodge members and open to the public. While your eating you can't ask for a better view of the mountains as you over look them

Amazing views. Comfortable beds. Great lobby. Highly recommend.

They do have 5000 decibel toilets though so if you flush, you will wake up the entire hotel and local bears.

Also, stay out of the restaurant. Thank me later.

This is a great getaway spot, at the heart of the beautiful Amnicola State Park there are great hikes steps away. Relax with a drink around the common fire pit, meet new people of enjoy a quiet moment. We will definitely be back. As in most lodges, staff are hard to come by and it’s often short in the restaurant, but everyone did their best to be attentive and provide great service.

I had a great time here! I was slightly sick most of the time sadly but the lodge was great and the service even better. The waterfall is very pretty.

A must-see any time of the year! The falls and surrounding area are just gorgeous, the lodge and adjacent activities are fun and affordable, and the newly renovated facilities are top-notch. Amicalola Falls and State Park will always hold a special place in my heart and couldn't come with any stronger recommendation from me for all to see and experience.

Had a great time! Views were spectacular, food was great and the service was great. Beds were a bit firmer than I like, but everything else was good.

Such a beautiful hike. Gone many times. Easy trail to follow. Lots of signs to tell you where to go. Hard to get lost. Even has a Nature Center to teach about the animals in the area; very educational!

Beautiful hotel. The restaurant there has top notch food and service. Grounds are beautiful. No complaints here.

Beautiful hike and waterfall. There's easy access for those who just want to see the falls without the hike.

Beautiful and peaceful. All visitors were so kind, offered to take photos of families so everyone could be in a picture together!

So cool to hike to a gorgeous waterfall along with folks who are just starting their multi month trek up the Appalachian trail.

I been here 6 times, This time I visited the restaurant. Lea our amazing, accommodating and super friendly server. The food was amazing and very fresh. Desserts home made delicious, we r returning soon with our friends..

Friendly staff and nice location. Breakfast buffet had a good variety and filled us up before or hike up to Len foote.

Wonderful, rustic lodge with a gorgeous view! The hotel staff is friendly. The dinner buffet is lovely. Melanie took great care of us, she is so warm and kind. Great asset to the company. Cannot recommend this hidden gem more! We will be back - until next time xo
