Was referred by my younger brother since he used Ms. Ford’s service as well. She communicated and let me know the status of the traffic court case via text and email. Convenient since I’m going through an unexpected emergency with my house and could not actually go to court. Will use her services again if needed. Highly recommend.

So so pleased! I sent an online inquiry on her website with a brief summary of my situation, got a call back same day with steps moving forward, & had someone from her office appear on my behalf to the courts within a week! Her team emailed/texted me updates with my case & it was so hands-off for me. Her team went to court on my court date and got the charge amended to a lesser offense with all fees waived & no impact on my driving record. Highly recommend! I was involved in a rear end collision a few months ago. I had never been in a wreck and did not want this on my record. I called and left a message at this law firm. I received a text asking to screenshot a copy of the ticket. The process from there was that the attorney went to court on my behalf to get the ticket dismissed. I would definitely recommend using Mrs. Ford's services. I have 2 small children and going to court would have been a definite challenge. She was able to get my ticket dismissed! The cost of her services was only slightly more than the ticket itself and now nothing will go on my record, so money I won't be paying later in higher insurance rates.

Heather is amazing. We were traveling from FL to TX. We stopped in Louisiana. She and her team were great at keeping you in the loop throughout the entire process. We were able to pay a nominal fee, my husband didn't have to get the two citations on his record. I highly recommend her.
