I did my research and I stumbled up on a GEM in my eyes. Mr. Clifford Cardone is the absolute best!!!! I called the firm and left a message about my case. He called me back within 24 hours of me calling him. When I tell you I had 30 questions wrote down for him to answer. I began my journey with the Cardone law firm in late 2015 after my car was hit by a truck in late December of that year. The driver of the truck was assessed a ticket by the police officer for "improper lane change" and I sustained an injury to my lower back as a result of the accident . I was referred to the Cardone law firm and was interviewed by Mr. Cardone himself. In that interview Mr. Cardone exhibited a genuine concern for my injury and assured me that he would seek the best treatment for me in support of relieving my pain. I am a faculty member at a local community college and I teach many classes where I have to stand and the resulting accident left me with difficulty performing in my profession due to lower back pain. Mr. Cardone was always available to consult with regarding the various doctors and other agencies that I needed to visit for treatment of my injuries. There never was a time where I was not able to contact him or his staff to support my need for treatment. My treatment regimen continued for more than four years and he and his staff always demonstrated valid concern for my physical and emotional well being. During this time I had to participate in a deposition with the attorney's for the trucking company insurance company and because this was my first time having to participate in this type of venue, Mr. Cardone and his staff were very efficient in supporting my preparation for the deposition. I was educated on what to expect and met with Mr. Cardone to pose any questions to him that would help me to understand the process better to support my emotional preparation. During the deposition, I did feel somewhat anxious but comfortable with Mr. Cardone being in the room with me as a support. I participated in physical therapy for several years to support relief of my chronic pain and Mr. Cardone was very supportive in that he was agreeable in suggesting Chiropractic and/or medical intervention. I was very grateful for his support during this difficult time as relief of my pain was tantamount to my performance as a teacher. As my case got closer to a decision from the insurance company, Mr. Cardone again, continued to exhibit an "open door policy" for any concerns I had and I also had several conversations with the other attorney in his office continuing the team approach to caring for me as a client of his law firm. As my case approached its final days I had to meet with a "mediator" and the truck company's insurance company and Mr. Cardone and I spent time interacting and talking during this process and I continued to feel very comfortable in our interaction getting to know him on a more personal level. I want to also share my deep appreciation for Ms. Kim Washington who is Mr. Cardone's administrative assistant. In my interactions with Ms. Kim she always made me feel "important" regardless of what I needed from her and when I had to come to Mr. Cardone's office she was always very professional and demonstrated a very "warm personality" making me feel, always, very comfortable.
