Very good place!

if I can give them a (0) I would. It like one of the person said they real don't show that they care for you. I had back surgery only a month out when I when to them. One of the assistant told me that it was a common surgery ( lower back surgery). I informed her my doctor did not want me doing squatting, twisting, or bending for 12 weeks, she stated "when you go the bathroom you squat. My replay to her, "that it's not repetition when you go to the bathroom". I also told her, back surgery maybe common for others, but not for me at age of 55. Moreover, another uncaring act was they put me on a machine like an elliptical that work your legs and arms with the resistant at 5. The assistant, not thinking that I have not worked my arm for months. This caused me to hurt my shoulder. I'm going to PT for my arm now because of them not caring for the total body just forcing on the body part the you came to them for. My last words because I can go on and on about how they do not give holistic care. The director sit in his office and don't come out until lunch time. He needs to read these reviews and revamp this clinic.

My brother is a patient in this facility right now and they told him & his wife the accommodations that they would provide. He just had his leg amputated on March 2, & was discharged from the hospital on Friday March 10, and now they are trying to discharge him with little to no Physical and Occupational Therapy. They tell you one thing and do something completely different. It’s all about the money!! Please think twice about this facility before you place your loved one in this facility. This one star was the only way I could post my comment other than that 0 stars for me

Very disappointed, the therapist didn’t have appointments available I was asked to call the office every day to see if she had any cancellations. The atmosphere there is uncomfortable the employees talk about each other in front of patients. My therapist didn’t seem like she was Interested In caring for me.

Not sure what to say. Experience was...wild, to put it mildly. Therapists talkin bout each other then smiile in each other face..talkon bout clients, shifting blame to 'someone else mistake' or not answering a question directly...patronizing patients pretty blatantly and some seem to been aware of that but some didnt. Thats concerning. Of course i aint witnessed this from each worker but it sure was enough of em. A couple ladies very helpful at front desk when trying to work out insurance n schedule---which is HARD to get a consistent one to do the upkeep from waht this looknlike but havent seen one of em and she not there wheb i cqll so i hooe shenot gone too. ---these appts so spread out i dont get it---while Others playing on their phone and Ignoring phone calls put the pplon hold so the young lady helping us can handle it? (I have done clerical so maybe they just on break idk but thwy could acknoledge ppl.)This just a obsevations i made during xxxxxxevaluation and dont know how i feel abouy this if since her husband or i can't be with her sometimes. Cause i know them ppl not supposed to be talking bout patients at all but esp with em still in tha building which still loud enough but then get louder as them ppl walking out the door After they were just praising that man what a great job he was doing? Is they no direct admin here to witness this???? Also..nobody fluent bilingual??? It 2022 man. We was sent here cause "stroke specialist"...Make this make sense. Reading earlier reviews what happen over last year? Cause we ALL tired and i feel lije makin ppl already struggling to get through a stroje shoukdnt bmade to feel like they doing something wrong. Idk if we coming back. But if yall want details or care...yall know what to do. I hope this was just a bad experience and not the ove re all vibe for everyone trynna get rehabilitated.
