Rehab Access Physical Therapy

The staff at Rehab Access is very thorough. They explain in detail and physically demonstrate how to do each exercise to be sure you won't injure yourself. The staff also makes you feel welcomed and comfortable.
I would definetly suggest Rehab Access to my family and friends!

I really like Kevin, and all the whole Rehab team. They have all been very helpful with my injuries that I have in the past. And therapy for my nerve damage in hands, and feet. And recently they are helping me with rehabilitation for my arm, and foot after a car accident. They are very kind, and listen to my needs, to helping me to ease my pain, and with tools to do exercises at home. Thank you guys!

My wife recommended Rehab Access. She had gotten therapy for back pain, which had become my unwelcome companion for two months. I felt better even after the first visit. The therapists introduced me to many different core strengthening and stretching exercises. They work as a team to guide you and show you how to help yourself feel better. The atmosphere is very friendly and upbeat. I had the sense of being in good hands with professional leadership. These are nice folks doing good work and I recommend them to anyone.

I was going here two years ago. And I am back there again now. The pool therapy is amazing. Everyone that works here is knowledgeable, friendly and so much fun.

My arm reach/extension was returned to normal after my surgery. I am feeling wonderful, and aside from recovery from surgery, I attribute that benefit to the excellent care received at Rehab Access. I truly hope I never need to return, but I absolutely would. My appointments were conveniently scheduled with no wait on arrival. Dee and staff were very patient and understanding. The staff are truly dedicated to each patient's recovery.

This is my first time needed physical therapy. I just started this week and I must say, each and every staff member is unbelievable. They make you feel like you don’t even need the therapy at all. The are simply amazing.

Rehab Access is just a great facility. Over the last 3 or 4 years they have cured me of back and rotator cuff problems and substantially reduced the pain I was experiencing from osteoarthritis of the knee. The entire staff is knowledgeable and professional but they all have a sense of humor and every one of them will call you by name! A wonderful experience.

I would like to say, having had ankle problems all my life, having said no to recommended surgery twice from different surgeons, and having gone to various physical therapists, Rehab Access provided absolutely no comparison the best and most thorough and effective treatment ever! Therapist Joe Squatrito guided me to different shoes, an extensive exercise regimen which built as my strength progressed, effective inflammation reducing techniques including dry needling, as well as positive encouragement that the issue was resolvable. I had never been led to believe that I could be pain free walking distances and standing long periods of time (as I now can) through muscle strengthening - only that my tendons were pretty much shot and the best I could do was go on with braces, high top shoes, and limited mobility. The entire staff at Rehab Access is knowledgeable, warm and caring, and absolutely professional. I cannot recommend my experience there highly enough! Thanks so much!

This was my first time using any type of rehab facility. My experience with the Belle Chasse staff and therapist was truly outstanding. I called about my first visit and was immediately offered an appointment on the same day. However, I was unable to accept the appointment and chose to schedule one for the following day. When I arrived for my first appointment, I was greeted by the staff, completed some preliminary paperwork, and then, introduced to my therapist, Lauren. Lauren was completely professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and showed genuine concern for my well-being during my entire rehab experience. The exercises and therapy sessions greatly improved my condition. On my first visit I was suffering from considerable pain in my neck, left shoulder and arm area and could barely raise my left arm above my shoulder without feeling excruciating pain. After completing the therapy sessions, I can honestly confirm that I am virtually "pain-free." My hat goes off to Lauren and the rest of her staff for a "super job, well done." Keep up the outstanding work!

I have seen Dayni on 4 different occurrences over the past 2 1/2 years and she is definitely my go to Physical Therapist! She's not only great at what she does but she's very engaging with her patients. She's friendly, personable and really makes me feel like I'm the only patient she deals with. When I'm there she's focused on me. I'd recommend her to everyone that needs a physical therapist.

Staff - Professional and caring
Office - Easy to converse with regarding appointments
Facility - Plenty of space for patients, did not feel crowded.
Equipment - Lots of modern equipment allowed for many different modalities of stretching and exercises.
Insurance - Workman's Comp - no problems on my side
My Therapist (Chesson Clement) - excellent in his knowledge base, the regiment he set forth regarding my specific injury / rehab and his guidance while I pushed myself within safe parameters to ensure best mobility was reached for my shoulder during my rehab process.

I went to Rehab Access after a complicated knee replacement. I can truly say that I am walking today due to the dedication and overall caring nature of ALL of the therapists and assistants here! The folks Rehab Access were a pleasure to work with during the rehab of my knee. Chesson is very knowledgeable and takes his time with you. Can't say enough positive things about the PT staff. They are always there to help, motivate and ensure that the exercises are done correctly. Smiles everywhere! I also appreciated the front house staff where appointments and payments were so easy!
