Dynamic Physical Therapy

I came to Dynamic 2 months ago with leg weakness, and back and hip pains which caused me to limp. Paul gave me a treatment plan of exercises and stretches. Paul also gave me heat and tens treatment along with cupping and needling. After two months at Dynamic, I am no longer in pain. I have strengthened my legs and I no longer walk with a limp. Paul and their staff are very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend Dynamic!

I would absolutely recommend Dynamic Physical Therapy to anyone who needs PT! The staff is fantastic and will get you back on your feet (or your shoulders moving, or whatever is ailing you). As a patient, it's very comforting to see other patients talking and laughing with the staff and each other as they work through the exercises. It makes the hour go by fast!

I'd never gone to physical therapy before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was grateful that everyone was very patient and helpful in explaining things, from exercises to assessing the injury to providing a recovery plan. I also got home exercises printed out with pictures, which made it easy to remember what I had to keep doing, even outside of PT.

If you go around the holidays, there will sometimes be fun events -- keep an eye out for the flyers in the waiting room for those things if you want to schedule your appointment on a Fun Day. Also, when you "graduate" from PT, you also get a shirt, which was an unexpected and nice surprise!

I have been a patient for 6 months. I’d injured my ankle after a fall. I began my therapy and each visit was well worth it! The clean atmosphere and friendly and professional staff was great!!!

Paul Naccari is a wonderful therapist. The rest of the staff are also very welcoming and attentive. I feel much better after my two months of sessions.. Thank you all so much!

I suppose by design Physical Therapy isn’t on most of our bucket lists. But when it is needed, I can’t imagine a better place to go. Every single person there was friendly, encouraging, and supportive. My strongest hint for PT is to do the “homework” given to you. They do great work when you are there, but it takes more than a couple hours a week for true progress.
I had to drive a ways to their Westwego location for my sessions. But if I ever need some help again, this is where I will go.

The staff is very personnel able and respectful.
The therapist at Dynamic are amazing. They are very knowledgeable of your reasons for your therapy and will assist you with all your workouts. They are also very carrying of your disabilities and I would highly recommend them to family and friends. Thanks ❤ 😊

My experience at Dynamic Therapy in Westwego has been wonderful. Paul and Cassie and their excellent plan of care, has been instrumental in my continued improvement.
I would like to commend the staff for their continued positive attitude and support. In particular, I would like to mention Samantha “Sam”, Kai, Alayna and Taylor for making sure that my exercises are done accurately. Their patience and encouragement has been a huge part of the healing process.

Paul and the staff at Dynamic Physical Therapy in Westwego are amazing! They truly care about their patients’ wellbeing. They are very professional and motivate you to achieve your goals. I recommend the dry needling with physical therapy before contemplating surgery. The new building is state of the art too. Paul and Craig are definitely the “Dynamic Duo” !

My experience with Dynamic was great. The employees are nice and very helpful plus they let you work out at your own pace. All the therapist are great but Paul and Craig were my therapist and they were awesome. They help me threw things a pushed me to get better and to try new things to improve my ankle. Paul and the Rehab Team does a Fantastic job helping my back improve. They thoroughly explain everything they are doing and the Rehab is an educational experience! They are very organized and the place is always clean! The Team always creates a friendly atmosphere and they are always willing to listen!! This is the perfect place to rehab any injury I would recommend everyone to this rehabilitation Center!!

I’ve been at dynamic physical therapy for about 1 month and 1 week. Since being here after my ACL meniscus surgery they’ve guided me through the early stages of my recovery process. Paul and Craig are phenomenal and are both extremely knowledgeable about the recovery process and my specific type of injury. The whole staff is very nice and helpful. A special shoutout to my favorite people Maddie, Taylor, Ari and Jake! I love it over here always so fun and interactive with my exercises. Also had some bubble fun!!! COME GET WELL AT DYNAMIC

I injured my calf muscle on 2/13/2024 and started treatment at Dynamic shortly afterwards. I am a runner and frequently participate in road races. When I started treatment, I couldn't run a quarter mile without severe pain. I was discharged on 4/18/2024 and placed 1st overall in a 5K race two days later. I cannot emphasize enough, if you are injured, go to Dynamic and trust them with your rehabilitation.

This is a wonderful facility for physical therapy. My experience was with a knee replacement. I had wonderful results, total dedication from therapists, and would recommend this facility to anyone. In fact, I plan to return after my 2nd knee replacement. Totally life changing.

Staff was very nice and within 2 weeks had me pain free. Before going to them, I had been living in my recliner for 3 months because of lower back pain. Highly recommend them.

For the past few months I've had the distinct pleasure and privilege of having my physical therapy at Dynamic PT Westwego location. I was given a regimen of exercises tailored specifically for my benefit. The professionalism displayed by the team led by Paul Naccari is exemplary. Every aspect of my recovery appeared scripted as individual goals were achieved. And I noted the communication between staff and patients had everyone knowing what was expected and desired. Kudos!

Great experience. Therapists are knowledgeable, courteous and very patient! The facility is clean and and equipment is up to date and always in working order.

Dynamic Physical Therapy has been such an amazing place. It’s always so clean here. Every time I come here there is someone doing some sort of cleaning. I was nervous before I started but they made me very comfortable from the very first visit. You can tell that all of the therapists and techs care about their jobs. Every time I walk in they call me by my name and remember everything I’ve told them from the visits before. Kaylee was the first person I saw here. She is amazing at this job. She is also always making me laugh and keeping conversation throughout my visits. She is just really enjoyable to be around. Kaiya is the main tech that I saw during my time here so far. She is so sweet and caring. You can tell she’s always eager to learn new things. She’s always busy doing multiple things but she still makes time for each patient to feel heard and comfortable. Ana gives amazing massages. It feels like she didn’t just give me random exercises but that she put lots of thought and effort into it. She always has a smile on her face and brightens the mood. Even though I didn’t really have Craig, Dylan, Catherine, and Jake they were still a big part of my time here. They are so friendly and it has felt like I’ve known them for so long. They walk up to me and ask how I’m doing, how everything is going, and just make conversation in general. All of the people here that I have interacted with have helped to make my time here more enjoyable. You can tell it’s more than just a job for them. That they really care about helping people. Overall this experience has been amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone.

I highly recommend Dynamic for all physical therapy needs. Such a caring family of therapists and staff. Absolutely the best care in physical therapy and such courteous staff. I would recommend to everyone as I already do. I'm doing much better and improving way beyond what I expected and thanks to Paul and all the staff for their caring, thoughtful, gentle ways of making sure the patients are improving at their pace. There has never been such a comforting place. I recently had to have a corpectomy (disc in front of neck replaced) and spinal fusion of the cervical spine and I chose to come to Dynamic because of the great care when I did damage to my shoulder. May God continue to bless you all as you have blessed so many with such great care.
