Had to "Macgyver" some grease lines for our articulated dump trucks. Had just the fittings I needed for said task. Great service as well.

A great place with most anything you need including hardware, paint, garden tools, leaf blowers, chain saws, outdoor grills and much more. The staff is always friendly and helpful.

They always have the product I'm looking for, for whatever project I have. Their staff is very knowledgeable and always anxious to help. This is a great business in our community. Highly recommend.

This is truly the place with the helpful hardware man! The entire team in this store is SO helpful!! I purchase a lot of things (lawn mower, gas cans, chain saw chains, etc.) that I could easily purchase for probably a little less money at the big box stores because I enjoy the visit and want to support local, hard working folks. Oh! and if you need a reliable referral to another business...just ask them. They know the town and their neighbors. Referred me to an excellent tire store and they were awesome. Very helpful for a newcomer to the community.

Need some odd bolts for a job I was working on. They were able to help me find what I needed right away. I would rather go to a small local shop with people that are knowledgeable than the big box stores.

Great hardware store. Always helpful and knowledgeable about their products and they stock high quality tools and hardware compared to the big box stores. They also have a good selection of Echo power equipment and parts, as well as offering service and repairs.

I bought an Echo chainsaw from my local Ace Hardware in Jasper today. The staff went over and beyond what I expected. They showed me all of the features on my new machine and also showed me general maintenance guidelines. They completed my registration for me on the chainsaw and explained my warranty. Top notch people work at this store, and they should be commended for their professionalism and attention to customer service! They also service their Echo products.

I have been a long time resident of the Jasper, GA/Talking Rock, GA (Pickens County, GA) area. I call this place home and gratefully so. Many years ago I had the privilege of meeting the Garner's, who own this Ace Hardware Store, as well as their excellent employees. If you miss that old school, down to earth hometown feeling and, more importantly, the best customer service which seems to have fallen to the wayside with all of the "big box stores"...... then look no further than Garner Ace Hardware! These are the type of people that would literally give you the shirt off their back so to speak. Someone ALWAYS answers the phone when you call (and yes.... A REAL PERSON...... not some ridiculous automated, sit on hold, press 1 for customer service....press 2 for billing...... press 3 to leave a voicemail....yada, yada, yada.... you get where I'm coming from I'm sure). The Garner's and their workforce are second to none. As you may notice in my previous reviews, they are all 5 stars. I am not one to give credit unless credit is due and this Ace Hardware deserves credit, period! You are warmly welcomed as soon as you walk in the store, your questions are answered politely, professionally and immediately and their staff will personally take you to the aisle to help you find what you are looking for. I could go on and on....lol. I had much rather prefer giving my business, and money, to the local, smaller and well established hometown businesses as opposed to those other orange and blue colored stores. Great job Garners! There's a reason you guys and gals are still in business with all of the new growth around us, why; Quite simply because of the way you run your business, treat your customers, and your involvement within your community. Keep up the good work and you will always have my business!

Very helpful as soon as I walked in door. Didn't have what I needed but they are so friendly here . I still purchased several items that I wanted . Definitely recommend this place.

I always hit up my neighborhood Ace before going anywhere else. If I can’t find what I am looking for here they recommend where I should go to get it. The staff at Garner Ace Hardware is knowledgeable and willing to help without being too pushy. They certainly want to make sure you get what you need and are satisfied. I wish they carried Stihl, but that’s Ok! Love Garner Ace and the folks that work there.

These guys and gals are the very best! Kirk Garner, Greg and the rest of the staff are very attentive , knowledgeable and friendly and if they don't have an item ( a rare occurrence ) they'll get it in short order and call you when it arrives . This is the way a hardware store is supposed to be !

This is a great resource for almost anything you need around the house. I bought a chain saw from this store and they have kept it running with chain sharpening and tune ups. Every time I am in the store I find something else that I 'need.'

These guys are the greatest. Honest and professional. Really address a customers needs and won't sell a " bill of goods" for the buck...best hardware store in North Georgia.
