JeffCare Community Health Center - West Jefferson

This post was five years ago and I assure you, things are not the same at JeffCare. There are better systems in place. The staff is friendly and the doctors are caring. When I first became a patient at JeffCare, I didn’t have insurance. Now I do, and I’m still a patient at this facility with no intention or desire to go anywhere else. The care I receive here is better than anywhere else.

Several great programs and therapists. Going through the programs here and having a great Dr I've been sober almost 8yrs

This people's action help people's in needs they help me I'm almost 1 year clean they have a lot of resources there

We came in at 2:38 on Thursday and a girl told us my grandson could not be seen this day! She told us we could come at 7 in the morning since I had to be at work for 9. She was making it seem like we would be out of here at a decent time coming when they open. Well at 9 o'clock we are still waiting and no where near about to be seen! And not one person in here!! Now I could lose my job!! This place is a joke!!

Very poor communication. After becoming aware of a billing problem last month, I had left a number of messages asking for someone to return my call. Now 2 weeks later, the only call I got was a reminder of my next appointment. she knew nothing of all my messages.
Prior to all this, I got a surprise phone call from a one of their doctor for an appointment I knew nothing about & was unable to keep. I am highly dissatisfied.

I used to love this place and my doctor. I've been trying to reschedule my appointment for over a month now and no one has returned my call for an appointment. So I've been off my adhd and bipolar medicine ever since. Stick to your primary care doctor.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This facility doesn't care about their patients AT ALL.

Avoid Dr. Hoa Le like the Black Death. Can I give negative stars somehow? Even the “director” of the program is a nightmare to deal with after filing a complaint against Dr. Hoa Le

John Marion, one of the “adult mental health” specialists harasses my fiancé and I 24/7.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would . I've been here since 9 a.m. it's now 1:30 p.m. and I haven't been seen yet
