I had a wonderful experience at Geaux Smiles today. I was nervous but they made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Hoang did a great job explaining my plan moving forward, and answering any questions that I had. For the first time, ever, I'm looking forward to going to the dentist. Thank you!!

Dr. Hung Hoang is so gentle. I'm very happy with my filling and cleaning. My teeth have never looked or felt better. Additionally, the dental assistants are very kind, friendly, and helpful. They helped me by providing information about dental care that has taken my personal dental care to the next level. Thank you all very much.

Funny story…before arriving for my 2:00 appointment, I decided to stop in at the nail salon to kill time. At one point, I looked up at the clock on the wall and noticed it was 1:30. I told my nail tech that I needed to leave, and I’d come back later to finish up. So I rushed to make it to my dental appointment on time. Well, when I arrived, I soon realized that the clock at the nail salon hadn’t been turned back an hour, and I was actually an hour early for my appointment. When the receptionist (and I)realized what was happening, we laughed about it. I went out to my car, but was quickly stopped by a staff member, who advised me I could be seen early! I was highly impressed with the level of customer service I received. Everyone was SO friendly and accommodating- the receptionist, the dental assistant and the dentist! Also, my cleaning appointment was scheduled within the same week! I’ve always had to wait super long between the first visit and the cleaning- but not here! Overall, I’m thoroughly pleased to have found a great new dental family😊

The office was on top of things and ready at the time of my appointment. Mimi, the dental hygienist and Dr. Hoang were thorough. I'm going to stay with this team!

Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Fit me and my son in at the last minute for tooth cleaning and was efficient and quick!

Post covid and after a few job changes I haven’t had a regular dentist in almost 3 yrs - Geaux Smiles listened to all my concerns and we have a plan to address my oral health. Plus their location is super convenient. They are RollerDerby friendly and supportive of me and my Big Easy Roller Derby Team!!🛼💕

I am a new patient at Geaux Smiles and couldn't be happier. I had a great first visit yesterday. Since I am a new patient the office required ex rays and an initial exam before cleaning. After my exam Dr. Hoang squeezed in a cleaning for me even though it wasn't scheduled for that day. Yay! Clean teeth! Dr. Hoang and his hygienist Rosie were both very attentive and kind. Office staff were polite and helpful. Overall a very positive experience and environment.

Child friendly service for kids who are nervous (adults too). The staff is patient and very pleasant. We have always experienced nothing but the best especially for our 7 year old son.

Search wonderful people at this office. I find my dentist so kind and easy to work with. She knows I'm a chicken, and she's so gentle. The staff is pleasant, easy to get along with and can do not enough for you. Miss Karen, who's scheduled my appointments gets me in there and gets me out nice and quick.. Miss Karen is always helping be flexible with The Times. I see the dentist. I am so glad I found them and recommend them highly.

Good service. All the staffs are friendly. Very helpful good tip on on teeth how take care of it.

I love these guys! They have the best dental technician around. She.is so gentle I actually fall asleep while she is cleaning my teeth. Everyone from the dentist to the staff takes good care of me every time I visit.
