Been dealing with Judge Wilty for 27 years. He's really a good and decent man. I've never encountered him without a smile. His spirit and humor helped to make our wedding an even better experience than it already was.

I went here to apply for a passport....let me tell you that I was just nervous from getting the run aroud from other places....the passport office here actually answers the phone and is very patient in answering any and all questions that you have prior to your arrival. I arrived to submit my application 07/26/18 ...the wait was not long and the lady who helped me wore glasses (never found out her name) was attentive, personable, she looked like she enjoyed her work. She put me at ease...applying for a passport, for me was a very overwhelming experience...LOL!!! I was probably overwhelmed before I got there...but seriously...I couldn't have had a better experience in any other federal building...the staff, the wait time and the atmosphere...KUDOS JPCC!!!!!

Got my passport here and I was floored by how easy it was. The staff were very helpful and courteous. It took longer to drive there then it did to complete the passport process.
