Great little out of the way place with a huge bourbon selection. Staff was friendly and helped us select something we enjoyed. Beautiful back patio. Highly recommend.

Great neighborhood bar in the warehouse district with an incredible whiskey selection. The staff are inviting, down to earth, and genuine. Love swinging in and they make you feel like you’re stopping by at a friend’s. Bar is warm, cozy, and charming. They have a great set up to watch LSU and Saints games! Food orders can be placed using the QR Codes for Side Car and they’ll run them over to your spot.love their wide cocktail and drink selections!

Bonus, they’re pet friendly!

Go to the Rusty Nail for exceptional bourbons, knowledgeable, friendly staff, great prices & excellent service... it's well worth would it takes to find it. Also they have a 25% off whiskey Wednesdays!!! Wife and I happened to get there b4 opening on Wednesday. One of the staff ladies took us around inside to show us what Bourbons they had available. Treated us very very kindly...!!! Went back later after a terrible experience at Barrel proof and we just sat there for about 2 hours and enjoyed ourselves. When we get back to New Orleans we'll be back!!

We hosted a networking event here one night and everyone had a blast! The staff were so friendly and helpful and communicative in the planning days before our event and during it! Great cocktail menu and solid beer selection. And the food was excellent pub food (shrimp cocktail, fish dip, fries, wings, oysters).

This is an awesome bar with great prices! Jason, the bartender, was absolutely amazing! Very down to earth and the whole staff was extremely attentive. Great place to hang out ❤ the atmosphere was awesome! Definitely check out the patio 😊

Excellent bar in new Orleans, recommended by another bar. Definitely a great off the tourist track place. Really felt welcoming. Great staff including Lee and Jason. It's a must visit.

Great service and easy access from Sidecar!

We were in New Orleans for 4 nights and the best night we had was the one we spent at this bar. By far. The bartenders were so friendly and everything was very reasonably priced!

“The Nail” is one of the best places to go in NOLA. There’s always great drinks and less than French Quarter prices. Park at Annunciation right before John Churchill Chase because there won’t be parking right in front of the bar, I promise! That’s the safest area anyway even though John Churchill Chase looks shady, it’s not! I’ve never heard of anyone having trouble with harassment or robbery.

obviously the quintessential hangout for most any day of the week. but amazing Vietnamese food on this Tuesday!!

Nice neighborhood bar. The special that night was a "Haircut and shot" for $12. A lot of fun.
