Parking can be a challenge at night. It’s near several great restaurants and fast food places. The breakfast is typical American fair with eggs, waffles, biscuits, bagels, and grits. There’s no individual protein like sausage and bacon. The room was spacious and fit 6 comfortably. One issue was that you cannot add guests to the room without paying a fee. Supposedly it is free before checking in but the front desk is impossible to reach before check in. The phone will just ring and loop back to the main line. Pricing was high but it was worth it for comfort and safety.

Hello, I wanted to express my gratitude to Sherry for making our stay as comfortable as possible. After a horrible experience at the airport and quite frankly the entire way over to Nola, she was a breath of fresh air.

FYI......the hotel was very clean, service was great and in a wonderful location. 5 STAR without a doubt.

We always go to this location whenever I visit down home. So unfortunately, the address was on my Amazon account because we ordered something while we were there. Our account defaulted to that address and a package was delivered to the hotel and signed by reception but when we called, they denied receiving it, I have called Hilton honors as we are members and Amazon. The package was delivered there. The denial makes me no longer trust this hotel. If you can’t get your packages there without fear of someone stealing it then what’s the point? Hotels need to be honest.

This is a good hotel, perfectly located for where we needed, was a tad bit pricey. I really appreciate that Hilton has the touch-free and early check in, allowing us to go straight to the room. My wife said she like that they had a Peloton and decent weights. Breakfast left a bit to be desired, but it was okay. Would recommend.

Detailed Review of just about every single thing (big or small) I could remember from our week stay!
The staff were nice and very informative about the amenities available in the hotel.
The hotel was clean!! Super clean!
The only issue was our toilet was clogged and they were there to fix it very quickly once informed!
I was there for work so I was unable to enjoy the breakfast but my husband did many times within the week and said it was decent one day and the next day I remember him trying something different and said it was good. So, it’s preference.

The pool (although open, it was October so getting too cool to swim) was small! I was shocked at that. But it was nice. The small gym is to the left as you enter and it looks nice! The breakfast area was huge with TVs and tables. Very quiet in this hotel!
The staff has drinks, snacks, and basic things you may forget to bring at the desk to buy!

Ice machines are available and I suppose hotels have done away with drink machines (since they’re for sale at the front) because we did not see any.

For reference, two twenty-ounce drinks and two packs of small peanut M&M’s cost us $8 at the desk. (Convenience- Uber Eats driver did not deliver our drinks.)

The TV had many channels! My husband stayed at the hotel while I worked and he had many things to watch.
The showers are nice! Great water pressure and plenty of hot water!
There is a dishwasher, a medium-sized fridge, and a freezer, you also have the option to get portable stove eyes from the front desk for free. Also, a microwave.

Many plugs to choose from for electronics, a desk and full-size office chair, hangers, an iron & board, a hair dryer, and a complimentary shampoo bottle attached to the shower! The couch can pull out into a bed but we did not use it, but they put extra sheets, a blanket, and a pillow inside of a zipper storage in the cabinet.

⭐TIP: to change the time on the alarm clock, turn the little screw on the back to the left and the buttons to change the time are inside that little battery door. (It took me forever to realize that it wasn’t actually screwed in to make it unusable 😂)

The only issue we had was the staff knocked quickly and just opened our door (for someone else who was apparently looking for another guest. I was not the happiest about the knock and entry right away before a reply but it was fine. First night we had someone who was stomping around but it wasn’t consistent so not a huge deal.

Across the board, if I were going to stay in Harvey, LA again, I can without a doubt say that I would stay in this hotel again.

We stayed here for about 2 weeks. Clean and nice. Loved the outside seating and the breakfast was wonderful. The only thing is on the weekend at night did get loud with people drinking, but LA is different in selling liquor at every store. We did feel safe here due to many working people during the week day.

stuff was professional and courteous. Rooms were clean, this is the few time I actually got good sleep at the hotel, I am thinking probably has something to do with the new AC ventilation from the nature age of the building itself. There's couple great local restaurants that's walkable distance if you are willing to play frogger. Bonus if you have EV, there's two spots here that's free charging to the overnight guest.

My daughter flew in from Hawaii we hung out @ her room @ Home 2 Suite .it was quiet, clean, & had a peaceful atmosphere .the staff was friendly . They offered us a free breakfast,but my daughter wanted shrimp & grits. So the five of us went out. I would definatly stay there.👍

Traveled from Florida to see an orthopedic surgeon in the area. I was a late check-in but was greeted as soon as I came through the door. Check-in was quick and easy. The room was on the first floor as I requested. It was very clean and everything was in its place. It was a very good stay and I will recommend it to anyone I know traveling that direction.

I was very satisfied with the excellent customer service from ALL staff. Everyone was so upbeat and had a very bright attitude. People said "Good morning" when in the lobby and hallways. Also, housekeeping was great with the cleanliness of our room. The only issue that kept it from a 10 rating was the internet connection. Our room was the last room on the hallway and I believe we didn't get a strong signal to the router. We had to walk close to the elevators to connect to the WiFi. I applaud the front desk staff for trying to remedy the situation very professionally.

Where to even start....

Hannah took care of me and my guests from all over the country, we had booked 25 rooms and EVERYONE was well accommodated. She was so nice, professional, and ALWAYS had a smile on her face even when we were being annoying and requesting things from her.

The booking process was so easy and painless, and she went so far out of her way to make sure we were happy and comfortable.

Scott was excellent as well, this hotel is run by the best in the business!

The rooms are perfect, comfortable, come with a kitchen and sink, the shampoo and body wash in the showers are name brand and quality. The hotel also offers a pretty damn good breakfast every morning as well, and I'm an eater!

I've been here for 3 consecutive trips to New Orleans, and I have absolutely no desire to stay anywhere else in the future.

I arrived late Friday night checked in and my TV had black lines down the center. I went to front desk told the lady about it and within 45 minutes I had a new tv in my room!!! I recommend this motel they go out the way to make your stay very comfortable!!!

We were in town for my sons wedding and had 4 amazing rooms! My room was so big I felt like I was in a big apartment! Staff went above and beyond several times!! I used to manage a Marriott hotel in Texas for years and I’m very ocd so with that said I look for every little thing in a hotel and they exceeded my expectations!! Thank you all so much for making our stay so wonderful!!

Blocked hotels for a wedding party this past weekend and everything was amazing. Clean, nice, and especially friendly people. Any questions we had they didn't hesitate to answer them. Hannah Sammour checked in with us several times during the stay to make sure we where good. When she wasn't there and i would send her messages she would reply right away. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay again.

This will be our hotel of choice any time we visit New Orleans. Rooms were clean, comfortable, roomy, and had EVERYTHING that we could possibly need for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and finding an EV charger was key for us.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel! Hannah was very helpful, communicative, and understanding! Anything we needed, she didn’t hesitate one bit! The room was very spacious and clean! I had no issue fitting a pack n play in the room. The breakfast provided was also a plus! Great location! Tons of restaurants nearby. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

All personnel were extremely pleasant and eager to help meet your needs. This is a great place to stay. I gave location four stars because there is only one bridge going into the downtown New Orleans area and traffic can be dicey at times.

We had the pleasure of staying at this hotel for an extended event with the family. The whole experience was smooth and pleasant due to the fact that employees went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and comfortable especially Hannah this young lady was amazing,professional, courteous, and went beyond the normal just to accommodate us and the whole family. I wanted to write this review to thank her for everything she did for our family and acknowledge all the patience and the hard work she did to make our stay smooth and comfortable.

My fiancé and I stayed here for a few days last month and everything was really good, until I had a slight panic attack and Hannah and the management team at the front desk changed my experience from Good TO GREAT!!!! What happened you wonder? Well at the time, I was 4 months pregnant and in the best stages of pregnancy brain memory loss when I lost my engagement ring in the hotel. I was a frantic mess and I began to call the front Desk desperately looking for help and hoping some kind soul had turned it in. Every single Member of the team (especially Hannah) who was at work on Monday, Nov 7, 2022 took time out to help me look for my ring! It was by far the kindest acts I’ve ever experienced at any hotel and I am forever thankful!! I eventually found my ring in my room, but I would not have been able to maneuver through the stress and fear I felt had it not been for the amazing team at this hotel! Thank you again for all of your awesome customer service, support, and patience! I wish I could give you all 10 stars!!
