my experience was wonderful. I got my TB test and it took less than 5 minutes. The longest part was filling out the paper work. Overall a 5 star experience!

I have been going to the Marrero location for my DOT physical for many years and was surprised to find that the location is now permanently closed. Reluctantly I made an appointment at the wall Blvd location. I found a few of the same friendly faces from the Marrero location are now here and the service has not changed. Reading some of the reviews about this location was the reason behind my reluctance to continue using their services but I have no complaints. I observed the entire staff to be compassionate, caring, and professional. I plan to continue using their services.

How is it so slow over here? I don't understand how it takes over an hour to be seen for a couple of shots for work. They wasted valuable time. I have to go so more onboarding work for my job.

Got hurt at work. I suffer from addiction I go to BHG. I tell the doctor this. I told staff this. I told nurse this. Tried to notify that this substance was in my system and yes it's prescribed was told it don't work that way. Then a week later he calls and most obnoxious man I ever heard. First it was marijuana was found. Explained to him I didn't seek treatment for a week after incident we assumed it was just very bruised I went to the gas station and bought THC gummies for pain and sleep. As to avoid pain medicine. He insisted that the gummies don't exist I was lying and they are not sold anywhere like this. Next was the addiction. I see a counselor I take monthly urine test for addiction I'm on a strict program and I do take addiction medicine. He asked what doctor I give it
to him. Next it's the rx number. They have no Rx number. I don't fill this meds. I go there I dose there. Then I continue on my day. This is every morning for 3 months then you begin take home I literally had to explain to him how treatment works. In this conversation he accused me of lying accused me of taking non prescribed meds and basically said my job will be lost by the time he is done with them. Here is the problem everything I did was 100 legal. And being a doctor that does workman's comp cases he should fully be aware that thc infused products are being sold in every gas station every vape or tobacco store . He should understand fully addiction and how the rehabs and clinics work. He should not have the attitude as if I'm a piece of crapt because of my addiction. It's kinda funny to me that before this he was pushing pain meds on me when I clearly stated I was not interested I was a addict. His response I write them for pain.
Very glad to be done with him. My employer has been notified by me. They know and support every step I take. He has lost this shops business.

Absolutely terrible place. Appointment was at 8:45 for a random drug test, sat in the waiting room for two hours before they seen me. People are rude. How can they expect anyone to hold in their urine that long.

This place is awful. They’re rude and slow. I am a woman of a certain age, I cant sit for an hour holding my urine to take a drug test. This is the slowest place I’ve ever had to take a drug test, most places understand and don’t leave you sitting there uncomfortable. This place should be closed down.

I am currently here and have been waiting 2 hours for a drug screen. I was told 45 mins ago I had three people in front of me. Keep in mind, I am pending a urine sample so I am holding it. I am not sure if they are short staff or poor system structure. I would avoid this place as much as possible.

Please for the love of God listen to me. These people will mess your paperwork and schedule up

2hrs+ to perform a random drug test. I will be recommending to my company to seek testing to be done elsewhere.

Do not go to this location!!! Unprofessional environment due to the doctor. Doesn’t care and ignores all concerns and questions of the patient. Went off on me when asked, when do i return to work due to an ankle injury? His last reply was if he doesn’t come to work than the entire doctor’s office has to close; so he has to show up every day.... please please!! Do not go to this location for any injuries!!!

I’ve been to this place twice in the past year. First time I was here for 3 and a half hours and I’m going on an hour right now. (Wall Blvd. Location)
I’m the only one in the waiting room and have been for 20 minutes. This place is laughably slow.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. This is the most slow moving place I have ever been to just to take a drug test. I’ve been here over an hour. 15 people have gone before me. I been holding my piss all this time.

Not able to make an appointment, and half of staff is gone for lunch. Waiting for a simple blood test, and one person has been called in 40 minutes later.

Slow & no since of urgency not time sensitive. Staff not very friendly just nonchalant and laxed

Worse office ever been waiting 3 hours for a hearing test because they just want to stand around and talk
