Comfort Inn Marrero - New Orleans West

Let's start..I have hotel phobia. This hotel did not disappoint.the rooms was clean,the restroom made me feel comfortable enough to let my kids use it lol.it was clean.had a fresh clean smell inside the rooms as well. My family and I really enjoyed our visit there. I definitely recommend and will be booking here from now on. I had no complaints or Gross moments at all. We loved it here. Stood on da second floor.oh.. Its one elevator here but it worked.

I couldn't have asked for a better room(clean and modern) with the deal I got and the service was great. Everyone was extremely sweet from the cleaners to the managers and they immediately resolved a booking issue. I stayed 2 nights at first and 2 shortly after based on my experience. Can't speak highly enough of how these folks treated a random traveler.

The room was spacious and clean the staff was Incredibly kind and nobody messed with our vehicle or belongings quite a quality stay

A really nice hotel..the service is exceptional miss Dell i giveher 5 stars....the lady that put out the breakfast everything was well presented and fresh she worked hard to keep it clean and sanitized I didn't see what the guest before me had I highly recommend this comfort inn....thanks for making my stay enjoyable 😉 I'll be back 😀 😄 😊

Clean and inexpensive. A ten min drive from the French Quarter. Especially appreciated the breakfast person Darnell. She made an extra effort to be there early on our last morning so we could have breakfast and coffee. Excellent. inexpensive.

I'm a handicapped veteran whose house was damaged from a tornado. I was in the hospital at the time and got out the be next day. I was unable to get home so I had to find a place fast. Lots of hotels were full with displaced people. I got it the handicap room with all of the amenities. The young lady named Kiki I think, was exceptionally kind courteous and professional. I can't say enough about her. She was very helpful toca tired, grumpy old man in a wheelchair. The price of the room was very reasonable but I suggest going through a booking site. I used booking dot com and saved 50 a night. Had a great hit/cold breakfast everyday in lobby. Kinda be back off main road, drove by it twice before I saw it. Even had my GPS on. Lol

I was greeted with a smile and even one was helpful enjoy my stay will go again

My husband and I along with our 6 children had a plumbing emergency and could not live in our home for over a month. My insurance company booked us here! When I tell you it has been heaven sent! The staff, specifically Robin Lowery Jr, Kristi Solar, and Marissa were fantastic! The hotel bakes cookies every afternoon/evening for their guest and Robin would always make sure to bake the kinds my kids liked. His customer service skills are awesome! These people made this entire situation smoother for my family and I. The rooms are a nice size as well as the bathrooms. They are clean. Breakfast is nice and they switch it up. We couldn’t have been at a better hotel during this stressful period in our lives! They have made me a Comfort Inn fan!

This hotel was very affordable and had everything we needed. 5 stars because the service was impeccable at the front desk for the price, they were always happy to help and particularly when we had an issue instead of making us jump through hoops the young lady just made it right. Definitely recommend staying here when visiting New Orleans. The pool was closed when we went and breakfast was take out bags only.

I can't say enough about this incredible hotel! This hotel belongs in the French quarter or closer to the city! The rooms were incredibly clean and the staff were beyond helpful!the general manager... I cannot say enough about her! She is awesome! A hard worker and very attentive to her guests almost as though they are her own children!and if you're reading reviews about the hotel being dirty don't believe it believe me I'm a very picky and snobby individual LOL and my room was immaculately clean and smelled great the entire time ♥ and for the price of this room! The price was incredibly inexpensive! and don't get me started on their breakfast buffet! That's right... A breakfast buffet is given to you for free! Fresh oranges and apples and fruits and yogurt and coffee and lemonade and fresh baked cookies! I'm telling you this hotel is the real deal and it should have a great place to visit! I'm definitely going to go back and recommend this to everyone that I know! Thank you so much for giving me a pleasurable experience comfort inn!🥰♥🥰♥so what are y'all waiting for? Almost did not stay here cause of some of the reviews but decided to give it a go . So glad we did . We loved this place . The staff was awesome. They have fruit out for the guest plus they also had Cookies out in the evening for the kiddies to enjoy . The beds were great and the rooms were nice . Ms Nell in the breakfast room was so fun and on top of her job .Breakfast had so many options hot scrambled eggs one morning it had sausage and the next was ham . All in all it was a fantastic place to stay ...

Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants. This location is on the West Bank, which makes it easier if you want to go to the French Quarter. Nice breakfast choices, and well stocked. The staff is friendly, helpful, and courteous. Rise, the general manager, does a great job here. You won't be disappointed staying here. The staff will make you feel at home.

Great customer service, clean, safe rooms!

Could not have picked a better place to stay! The staff was wonderful with checking me in and helping locate excellent restaurants! And to top off my stay I had the best sleep! The beds were comfortable the rooms were clean and cozy! I will definitely will be returning!

Stayed overnight on our mini vacay to the Audubon zoo. It was very clean and friendly. We got a great rate. This hotel was very close to the zoo. Very close to restraunts. Very roomy and comfortable .We had free breakfast which was a plus.The beds are oh so luxurious.Got a great nights sleep. Would stay there again. And the staff was so eager to accommodate anything we needed .It was perfect. Not one complaint.

This was the best check in experience I have at ANY hotel, EVER! Thanks to Will at the front desk... Super hospitable, great personality and knows his stuff. Room was clean, cool, and quiet. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. I sure hope Will gets recognized for his EXCEPTIONAL customer service skills...

From the time I got activate on orders for Covid-19 in March til my orders end in October, the hotel staff always made sure I was good. I really appreciate all of the housekeepers that came in contact with me and made sure I felt at home, especially when my kids came visit, they went over and above. The front desk staff from the GENERAL MANAGER TO THE HOUSEKEEPER MANAGER ALWAYS MADE SURE TO CHECK ON ME COMING FROM WORK. They even gave me some ideals and things to do when I had time off. I really appreciate everyone.

Brought out of town guest to New Orleans and booked two rooms here because of its convenience to the French Quarter. Paid for a three star hotel and got a 5 star. Was greeted like an honored guest from check in to check out. Nice decor and large clean rooms with comfy mattresses. Loved the "choose your own" pillow selection on every bed. Oh, and I didn't know that a Continental Breakfast included scrabbled eggs and ham!

I really loved staying at this hotel. The girl at the desk was so nice and they had fresh baked cookies waiting for me. The room was clean and quite, and the beds were amazing comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. I can't wait to go back.
